Reversable car?

I have a small collection of reversible cars. By unclipping and turning around the body panels you can swap them from side to side, usually from car to truck.

For the life of me I'm not sure what they're called. On each is printed the following:

1990
Lewis Galoob toys inc
Made in china

There is a Truck that turns into a Limo,
A ferrari that turns into a Truck
A pickup that turns into a van
A SUV into a BMW Convertible
A Pink Caddilac that flips around
A covered pickup that turns into a Sports car

Does anyone have any idea what these toy cars were called? Thank you in advance for any information./

They are from a line called Macro Machines Reversibles.
