Ok I just got this today, my mother brought it home from the thrift store she works at...

I have NO IDEA what this thing is.

It Walks and looks like it might be missing missiles.

That was my first thought too that it was Skeleton warriors but it says 2008 Playmates on it.

It looks like a Paleo Attack Crawler that came with Raphael. I can't find it on the official TMNT site, but here's a link to one on Amazon.

EDIT Actually, now that I look at more pictures, I think it might be Michelangelo's.
