Played WOW a few years back and although it was an amazing game and experience, it just takes wayyyyyyy too much time to get into and level up. Got up to level 57 then realized, what the hell am I doing wasting 4-8 hours a day on this.....then gave it up. Then I played that expansion pack to level 20 then thought the same thing and saw countless hours wasted ahead of me. Needless to say I try to stay away from MMORPG's from now on.

I've played some wow, city of heroes and dc universe. I agree that these games are awesome but way too much of a time investment. The star wars old republic game looks sweet but its too much of a slippery slope for me to get into right now. I would easily be sucked into 8 hrs of gameplay a day.

I've never played one Personally. But I will be picking up the New Star Wars: Old Republic game.

I've played WoW before as a few trials, but couldn't stick with it... Now that it is free up until lv 20, I might give it another go to see what it can offer me.

I was also involved in the beta of DCUO, and really enjoyed it. I'm also considering to get back to that as well. However I can't until I can afford a new, better laptop.
