Looks like the Spiderman Classics - series 1 - I think. Came with a Spiderman stand and a white comic book. Here's a link, almost to the bottom of the page

It is, it's the original Spiderman figure who we can all thank for starting Marvel Legends. Well Spidey Classics first which became legends. It came with a Spidey stand and comic.
