I dont know if this market is a Las Vegas exclusive store or everywhere but at most Smiths markets they have alot of dc toys ,like at the smiths closest to my house they still have orion,captain cold(at least 30),booster gold, black superman,and more.

yes sadly there are none on the eastcoast..well not in NY anyway...but thanks for the tip..
