What Toy line is This From?

Hi guys, I need some help.

See, way back in 1992 or 93, I had this toy gun:

It was small-ish, probably not loner than a couple of inches.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what toy line it came from. It's obviously not any newer than 1992 or so, and might be a late 80's toy. I had found one on an eBay auction in a lot and the seller thought the accessories were all from Dino Riders but none of the figures in the Dino Riders line I could find had this gun so I think it was just a mixed lot. I have a picture of the lot of parts to show you and in this picture:

I think the other two parts that have blue coloring may be from the same line as the shades of blue seem to look very similar as does the basic style.

Can anyone help me identify what toy line this was from?

THANK YOU! Been driving me crazy for some time now, lol. I did indeed have one of these as a kid but I lost it in the move and only had a gun left, but lost that years later. When I spotted this one on eBay I remembered the gun but not what it went to. Thanks again.
