Yardsale find

I picked this up today but know nothing about it. I dont normally venture into this type of toy area because of the size and seemingly rarity of the items. This was too good to pass up though for the price. 1/6 scale. Info?

I think I found it man Access Denied it will not load up but its a 21 century Ultimate soldier 1/6 jeep Willy
