Hallelujah!

I was hoping regular window packaging would return someday, I'm surprised it's happening so soon. I hate the windowless packaging because in store you can't see what you are buying. I gave up on finding a tiger force Recondo or Bazooka because every single one I ever saw at Target had horrible quality control. Now I'm skipping Tiger force all together.

The only Hasbro product I collect these days is classified series. I've seen too many issues to blindly trust the windowless boxes. Sloppy paint, misprinted eyes/faces, missing or damaged parts, etc. If I'm buying something in store, I have to examine everything carefully. Of course, some of my classified series have come from online orders and that's been a gamble. But at least I can return it if what I get is no good. So far my luck has been mixed.

Windowless was just a horrible idea. Between not being able to see bad quality control, theft and swapping. We'll probably never know why they changed course so soon, but it is fun to speculate. Customer backlash/feedback? Decreased sales? Retailer complaints? All possible.

I personally think this plastic free packaging mistake was less about the environment and more about PR and chasing ESG money. I also wonder if the plastic free packaging saved them any money to produce it.

Good news. Hopefully, the box design will revert to something more familiar.

He's right though the WEF is behind of of this fake climate crisis bs, They don't actually care about the environment they just want to screw you out of happiness and money. But I like how you claimed that you didn't know what he was talking about, yet still called him a conspiracy theorist.

The environment is gonna be here no matter what it's how screwed up we can leave it for future generations

I like the new packaging on the epic heroes line that used very little plastic:

Oh well if you guys wanna drown more polar bears just to be able to see swapped out characters that's on you, but I'll keep saving the world with these new figures in mostly cardboard packaging

I wonder if they’ll retro release some current boxed figures in “collector packaging”? The OCD part of me is hurting when I see something that’s supposed to be a set but doesn’t Look like it

Hey, at least they're the same size/shape! You can't even display the number side of the boxed Joes next to the windowed ones because they changed packaging dimensions and added a big ol' hang tab to the top. :/

Oh, I totally agree! The GIJoe line could use some re-releases too!

from what I can gather the crusade against ESG involves people fighting a nonexistent radical environmentalism from the private sector.

You will own nothing and will be happy.

The epic heroes figure line looked fine in that packaging. Open box is good for kids to actually touch the toy. Then scream they want it.
