I was assuming assortment 2 might have 1 each of Rogue and Emma.

Well I hope my source is wrong but if Emma shows up in Wave 1 then Wave 2 we only get Rogue and vice versa.

Actually there was a lot of hassle with them and some of the Hasbro variants were easy to find. ROML wave 1 stealth Iron Man and Orange Ghost Rider to name a few. The harder Hasbro ones to find are Big Time Spidey and masked Daken(which really...why in hell was that even a variant? The figure should've come with both heads!).

The main thing I want from this set is Puck. Maybe I'll be able to trade the few Terrax parts I have for him.

Well Sugar honey ice tea ...
The latest issue of Previews magazine has Hasbro's first series of Wolverine Legends figures listed, and they indicate these will be a Previews exclusive.
Jay Cochran on 2013-06-14 from marvelousnews.com

A PREVIEWS Exclusive! The mutant berserker Wolverine is one of Marvel Comics' most popular characters, and now he and other members of the mutant family are recreated as 6" action figures! In the Wolverine Legends line, collectors will find dynamic figures of Wolverine (with his claws popped), Cyclops, Emma Frost, and Sabretooth. Each figure features a costume based on the comics, and each figure comes with an additional piece for the Puck build-a-figure. Collect them all! Blister card packaging.

Though not 100% clear, this would indicate these figures will only be found at comic and specialty shops, or any place that orders through Diamond Distributors. In other words, it doesn't look good that you will be seeing these figures at any of the big mass retail chains. Previews says these figures will be out in shops this coming September. If we get any official details about this from Hasbro we will be sure to pass that information on to you.

I got an email from EE saying they were online exclusives, and unavailable to "big box" stores. Normally that means Target/WM/TRU. Both EE and BBTS have them up for pre-prder now, too.

This sucks, Im only interested in Emma and Rogue and it looks as they will be only packed 1 per case, and it also seems that this line is a Previews Exclusive, so it looks like emma and rogue will be extremely hard to find and very expensive just to get alone
