X-Men Origins Wolverine: Gambit

Gambit is one of those must have figures in you X-Men Team. The X-Men Origins version is really a great sculpt and worth picking up to add to the collection. I do however have a few problems with the design.

Why would the Hasbro Team not give the figure wrist and ankle articulation??? Standing this guy up without a stand is not going to happen. The other small problem is the heavy paint on the face and the type of almost metallic looking paint they used on the body. I would like to see a repaint with the articulation fixed and the paint apps redone and this will be a perfect 3 3/4 version.

The molded cape looks good even tho I still prefer cloth. It fits well and does not hamper the articulation like I had expected. Overall its a buy but he needs improvement.

Whoa, that is not only very disappointing, but surprising. If any character needs that articulation in this line, Gambit is one of them! Posing him with his staff, or doing any sort of kick, is going to be difficult. Goodbye 2 handed staff poses. =(.

I wouldn't be surprised if we found a "definitive" Gambit, maybe even with leather coat, in a comic pack or battle pack.

Meh, sounds like the Gambit figure will suck as much as the Gambit character, lol.
