My friends, for those who want it, TRU is selling it right now, here is the link
Marvel X-Men Collection 3.75 inch Action Figures - 6 Pack - Hasbro - Toys "R" Us

Funny how in the picture they show a phasing Nightcrawler.
p.s. If someone wants to sell Storm at a decent price, please let me know.

One of my TRU's just got a shit-ton of these in (12), but none were variants.

Disney had 6 sets on their shelf and 2 were variants.

Scored the variant set at the Disney store today. Unfortunately the price was less than excellent.

The price there is atrocious. If you have a TRU near by you can do what I did and go buy one there for $35-$38 and return that one to Disney to get the difference back.

I'm not sure how the distribution is, but in my area (PA) they're pretty easily to find.

I hope I get my hands on either or both versions eventually, but not in a major rush for them,... I want the 3 box sets coming out avengers, fantastic 4, and xforce, along with the new waves of MU single carded, then try to fill the holes in my collection, but I think before I do anymore buying I'm going to do some upgrading and buy some apex stands to expand my viewing potentional, and some more bases.

I saw about twenty today (TRU and Disney), no variants. I may wait to see if the price goes down. Unless of course, I find the variant.

Just came home from TRU nad they have the box set on sale for $28.99- I was sorely tempted but realised that I'd be buyng it only for Storm- I dont care about thunderbird and i have at least one version of the others.
I did see one with PERFECT paint apps though! Seriously- a perfect Cyclops in the classic costume was almost the tipping point on this...but damn, I've spent a mint this weekend at a con already so......nope!

If anyone wants to sell me their Storm for $15 or so, I'd gladly buy her!

Should have bought it man some of these sets have terrible paint apps so you were doing well to find one with perfect paint

Yeah but..what would I have done with it, really? I have zero room for duplicates and, with the Jim Lee Cyclops, I already have one Cyclops too many. That would make three Cyclops', Two Colussus, two Nightcrawlers, two Storms and like six Wolverines.

And a Thunderbird which would be barter or something.

If someone needs it and wants to trade something good, I can always go back- they have four of them.

Yep saw the sale at TRU at lunch myself...another prime example of supply and (non) demand..

I'd only consider buying the set if it were the variants. But that wouldn't go for that sale price unless your lucky enough to find it at retail.
