I'm surprised they didn't give you a mustache-less face so you can troop build Eternia soldiers.

Man, it's a great figure with awesome accessories...but that leg armor just looks way off.

Mondo makes some solid stuff. Their he-man, skeletor, and mer-man are all tops. Passing on the rest of the series, but it’s interesting to see the designs. Definitely awesome!

Yeah, but anyone who can afford to army build $185 figures, can afford to wait for the actual Palace Guard.

For some reason, they upped the price by $10 for each version. when story was published they were $180 and $185, now listed at $190 and $195.

Perhaps, they just made a mistake, because that used to be the old price. As long as it doesn't go up further for the next figure then its cool. 10 bucks more isn't that bad.

Obviously the 200X series didn't sell and was discontinued, but there's gotta be a price point between those $15-20 (IIRC?) ones and the TWO HUNDRED FREAKIN' DOLLARS A FIGURE for these guys. Yeesh.

Did you miss out on MOTU Classics? That's essentially what you're asking for. Other than that, you have MOTU Origins to look forward to.

This is for a new fan vote for MOTU Origins, I don't know where to put it, there is no way to start a news thread on here.

I don't collect MotU or 1/6 scale but this is a damn fine piece of plastic.

Why does there “gotta be”? You have origins $15 or the insanely overpriced MOTU Classics $40-$100, or the 1/18 scale retro Super7 for smaller figures collectors and mondo for 1/6 scale collectors. Those 4 lines will cover 80% of collectors, and there’s still the funko figures and the blind bag figures so it’s seriously a saturated market. What do you want?
