I think Qui-Gon is 3.75" and the Eopie is scaled the same. They are from Episode I (based on the promo image), so I would guess that they'll be in the Legacy style, as opposed to Clone Wars. Especially since Qui-Gon is long dead by the time the Clone Wars start.
