Ok. So I'm a Marvel freak and an Assassins Creed freak. Today at Target I pick up all 6 of the AC Brotherhood 4" line.

Scale-wise, they are in line with the MU, but clearly wouldn't work...

or could they?

I want to create a diorama somehow, someway mixing Ezio and Ceasare Borgia or whatever with some Marvel characters...like Ezio teaming with Future Foundation (F4) I don't know...something with The Illuminati? Time/Space thing?

I know it sounds ridic. But heck why not? Come on guys help me out here!

Are you not reading the new SHIELD series? Leonardo Da Vinci leads the ancient order of SHIELD, which included Agents Howard Stark and Nathaniel Richards. The Assassin's Creed figures could fit in beautifully with that.

Pics now or die, I think you should change this thread to making a wish list on what assassins creed figures you want made. Top 50 would do.

holy crap I did not know that. so esentially Marvel has ripped off Ubisoft? but yes, the connection apparently DOES exist. YES!

There's even a golden round object..

However, despite the similarities, SHIELD is by far the BEST comic Marvel is publishing right now. Hickman is writing such a brilliant series!

I also didn't know there was a 4" AC line.. I need pics now!

I saw these at Target the other day too and it took all the self restraint I had not to scoop them up.

Add my vote to the Shield idea. It seems like somehow Moon Knight should be in your diorama too....I don't know why...but it just seems right.

Another idea is marvel vs capcom, you could use Enzo as a special character fighting Spidey, Iron man, Deadpool, all you need is to pick up a few 3 3/4'' street fighter figures and maybe some MK figures for good measure.. imagine enzo walking on top of Sorpions spear! or flipping over supzero's frost blast.

Saw these Monday- too bad the heads are not on bal pegs- the figures have some nice details.
From the same company, I bought a few "Crysis" soldiers to back up my SHIELD soldiers- just gotta add the SHIELD decal to their shoulder armor and take pics for you all.

Amazing weapons with those Crysis figures too- better than even GI Joe for arming SHIELD/Hydra/AIM/Punisher/Mary Jane.

This company is worth watching for future releases!

The S.H.I.E.L.D series, now into it's second run, is mind-boggling. It's a great read and, as a huge fan of the Assassin's Creed series, it ties in ideas that I just really enjoy. There's a little crossover to the Secret Warriors series as well.
All this means nothing!
I've considered picking up Machiavelli and Da Vinci for custom bases of Leonardo from the SHIELD series. If they start releasing things like the flying apparatus from Assassin's Creed 2 and some of the bad guys (i'm thinking the brute-style knights, Mercenaries, etc) then I would happily collect these.
The other thing that comes to mind is using the assassin's figures as custom bases for a set of Marvel figures based on the Neil Gaiman book '1602'.

I saw these yesterday at Target and picked up the lot, the paint apps are pretty tight too. I bought an extra Doctor so I can swap the head with an extra MindBender I have. They were in an isle across from a Scarlet Spider and Skarr (unfortunately nothing else left from that wave) and a short haired Bucky or 3. I ended up spending quite a bit of cash.

Oh yeah and the new Young Justice figures were there too, unsurprisingly they were untouched (as they look like crap with Happy Meal articulation). Wasn't hard to look at them once, laugh, and leave them to rot on the shelves.

You should pick them up, make them, then tell me the recipe so I can make it too!

I've been wanting to try to do a Leonid custom.. But then I remember I've never done a custom before, and do the ones I bought extra figures to do first.

hmm I did notice that & it's pretty cool that they are because that might provide us with extra weapons & other accessories for the figures
