I still need to see that one. I ended up liking Return of the Caped Crusaders quite a bit.

It was just as good. It was nice seeing West and Shatner having a blast.

Coco-9/10

Saw this a while back and forgot to post about it.

Beautiful movie. I cried. Great messages about family and other stuff. Want to watch it again someday. One of the year's best.

I also enjoyed learning a bit more about the culture of my Mexican heritage since my family is quite Americanized.

Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle: 7/10

Really a surprising good movie. When it was first announced I was pissed, but the trailers were funny and I was curious, especially when JeremyJahns gave it a good score.

Despite no-one from the original being it, it is a worthy sequel and has enough nods to feel like part of the franchise, including a very well-done and touching reference to Robin Williams' character.

My only complaints with the movie were the penis jokes, they were really off-putting, unnecessary, and gross, and went on for too long, especially since the original was fun for the whole family. I wouldn't want my kids watching these scenes.

But other than that the movie was a blast, and really funny with a surprising amount of heart. The video game humor was excellent.

Split—8/10

Re-watched this last night with my friend so he could watch it (had him watch Unbreakable several weeks ago). I love this movie, moreso than Unbreakable. It's a cleanly edited and paced movie, unlike its predecessor, and the cinematography is amazing. James McAvoy is mesmerizing. The Unbreakable connection is icing on the cake. I cannot wait for Glass.

Bright-6.5/10

Very interesting concept but frankly was more boring than I expected. That being said I was very surprised to look today and see that it got absolutely ripped apart. Is it as good as I thought it would be? No. But to be honest I thought even despite my opinion that others would like it.

Granted, I did go to the premier and saw it in a big theater with a lot of people, so maybe that affected my viewing but it was enjoyable despite being boring at times.

The concepts were definitely interesting.

Jumanji-1/10 easily the one worst movie I’ve seen this year. And that includes a lot of shit ones. Thank god it was free cuz This Movie has ZERO funny moments. And all of the characters are terrible it’s almost as bad as the emoji movie. Only Part of jumanji that wasn’t terrible is Jack Black

Tim....just....wow...it was not 1/10.

All the Money in the World—8/10

I had very little interest in seeing this movie but my parents offered to take me so I went. It dragged in parts, but mostly this was a very good movie, and Christopher Plummer was mesmerizing. I could only tell in one scene that Christopher Plummer was added last-minute. Considering they did all this in one month, everyone is to be commended, and I think Christopher Plummer and Ridley Scott deserve awards. I think Christopher Plummer did much better than Kevin Spacey ever would have with his rubber mask.

That’s just my opinion man. It’s probably the most juvenile movie I’ve ever seen. But I will say Jack Black was the only bright spot

^ I can't remember the last thing the Rock was in that I genuinely liked (not including Moana). Faster maybe? That was a good movie.

It was really juvenile in a couple spots. The penis jokes were not something I was a fan of. But the rest of the movie was funny, the video game humor was on point, and it was much better than it had any right to be. Pretty good sequel to the original and they even had a touching tribute to Robin Williams.

I mean I'm just especially dubious because you gave Justice League a 10 out of 10. It was a butchered mess of a movie that disappointed a lot of people. At least this movie has a consistent, singular vision and better CGI.

If you don't like it fine...but you need to tune your rating system. 1/10 is a rating reserved for utter shite movies that are almost or are unwatchable like The Room or Troll 2.

Lmao! Thanks for the laugh man! Are you really telling Me to tune my rating system? That’s as ironic as it comes considering You’re the same guy who gave the orginal Dawn of the dead a 3/10 which is a masterpiece (I will say everyone agrees on that) but give valerian a utter piece of shit film with way too much CGI a 8/10. And The Mummy of all movies a 7/10 who I can’t find a guy who likes that shit sandwich LOL. If you dont like my opinion Pìss off and move along but don’t think that your opinions are Fact. It’s definitely a 1/10 it’s the most immature movie I have seen. Idk what happened to the rock but all of his movies are shit lately.

Yeah, I am telling you that.
Dawn of the Dead is a bad movie with no substance, I don't care that it's famous. At least Night of the Living Dead had a little bit more to say and featured better visuals because it understood it's color palette. Valerian definitely had flaws but it wasn't a piece of shit. The Mummy too. Most people didn't enjoy those movie, I did. But you'll notice I didn't give either of those movies a 10 like you did Justice League, which is a piece of shit reviled by many. Justice League was such a colossal failure that the entirety of DC Films has been reshuffling, including a new president of production who was announced today. So yeah, I think you should tune your rating system because it doesn't make any sense. A 10/10 rating is for a flawless movie.

I'll share my two cents on here whenever I feel like I want to, that's a right we all have on here(especially seeing as I created this thread). If you can't deal with that maybe 'you' should piss off, or use the ignore button. Or maybe just don't come to my thread anymore?

Lmfao like wise. I can rate any damn movie I want as a 10/10 same for you. It’s called a opinion for a reason. You enjoyed Jumanji I hated it I enjoyed JL you hated it. You have some serious mental issues or just plainly immature buddy if me giving JL a 10/10 really Makes you that mad Lol. What proves my point of your taste in movies are shit is calling Dawn of the Dead a “bad movie with no substance “ which is Reviewed by almost everyone as a Masterpiece. But whatever I am not even mad I find Your irony hysterical man. And lastly I can post on this thread any damn time I want. So get over it. You know how the block button works then use it. But I am done arguing with a child on The toyark’s forums LMAO. So block me or respond to this post I don’t care but I am not responding to you anymore bud

Everything you just said shows your maturity level, it's really funny.

And yes, you can post in this thread any time you want, I was just suggesting you don't since you're bitching about me expressing my opinion about your opinion.

Lol it’s the other way around bud. Go back and look at our posts. You threw a bitch fit because I gave jumani a 1/10 haha. All I said was it’s my opinion then you went on a 5 paragraph reason of why you’re right and I am wrong and said I “need to tune my rating system” which is just hysterical in its own right. I had no problem with you until you started bitchin and crying foul at me First. But anyway glad to see you’re already trying to start another fight with Tomax now. Ya seriously need to get a life kiddo. But there goes me going back on what I said of not responding LMAO and lastly I only have a problem with you and another guy because you both share something in common you both believe your way is right and everyone else’s is wrong. Like children. everyone else is fine with me and vice versa

X-Men: Days of Future Past - 9.5/10
No matter how many times I see it it's still a blast from start to finish. Only reason it's not a full 10 is because I wish there was more future X-Men stuff but I guess you can only cram so much into a movie before it get too bloated.

Lady Bird—8/10

Well done movie but a bit overrated. I enjoyed watching it but it's not fully my type of movie. Still, a way better women's coming of age story than Edge of Seventeen. More movies like this should be made.

The Mummy (2017) - 6/10

Nothing special but not the total dumpster fire I was let to believe it was. Nothing against Tom Cruise since I like the Mission Impossible movies but I think they should've gone with someone else. Dude just didn't fit. I've done worse things to kill an hour and a half though. Plus the actress that played the Mummy was smoking hot so that certainly didn't hurt.
