Finally got my Joes! I love everything about these guys! Amazing figures with fantastic detail that gives them an awesome "Sometime in the near future" look and feel. Even the sci-fi weapons that I wasn't planning on digging... I LOVE! They just feel right. This isn't G.I.Joe running around with a Vietnam era (and sometimes WWII)weaponry- this is Joe for the war to come! Action Figure Perfection!

I totally agree about the modern look working for the figures. They look futuristic but still anchored with a military look. Not as futuristic as "Rise of Cobra". Also appreciate the subtle nods to the original toys. Overall, I think Hasbro did the Joes justice. As a child, I was honestly more into the vehicles than the humans, but can't see many beyond a motorcycle or maybe the FANG ever being released at this scale. USS FLAG or Terrordrome are totally out, even for Haslab products! lol I really wish this line years of success, and hope it brings new blood into the fanbase. I just wish they could bring back a GI Joe cartoon. Maybe Netflix in the future if Transformers WFC is a hit?

Just curious... there’s clearly a rifle handle molded into Roadblock’s rail gun and the fork comes off, so what’s it look like being held as a rifle?

The fork doesn't come off the rail gun, and since the handle is so far forward on it, he doesn't hold it very well as he can't tuck it under his arm or properly rest the stock onto his shoulder due to the weapon's size.

On a side note...I've already seen some of these turning up in Walmart clearance aisles at 15.00, since they don't have a space in their regular schematic and were sent in endcap shippers, so if you're not finding them on the shelves, try the clearance section! |

i tugged on the tip (uh....) but had no luck removing it. the clip is still removable but it looks like Hasbro just glued the rest together...

Went out looking for these today, and pretty much just found empty shippers. Regret passing on these last week, now.

So I pulled and pulled... and pulled and pulled and twisted and pulled and eventually- like a stuck hand, the fork broke off... lol... But thankfully it pinned back in super easy... here some shots without it (the gun piece is really too long still for RB to hold it well though) and also with the Fortnite gun option...

Well played. Finally bring back normal sized Joes as a Wal-Mart exclusive, then claim they aren't selling because no one can find the damn things since Wal-Mart sucks, and then they can stop making them again.

It doesn’t help that Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, and the Baroness are largely re-releases of older figures.

I'm actually okay with that. I could never find that Storm Shadow for a decent price (doubt I will now either) and that Snake Eyes is awesome on it's own and great for customs.

Adjusts for inflation pretty closely to the original toys’ prices, but today, people have more buying power than in 1983, so it’s technically cheaper.

I hear that inflation excuse all the time but even with that theres no call for these figs to be that high at that scale. Its just greedy is what it is.

Yes! Tiny joes are back! Even though when those 50th 2 packs showed up at ROSS a few years ago I am sure almost everybody has that SE an SS by now.

I am eagerly waiting for notification from BigBadToyStore that my pre-orders have arrived and will ship. Seeing everyone else getting their Joes is making super duper jealous
