Not sure if Pursuit of Cobra goes here or modern as the continuity is kind of vague, but I picked up bag o' cash Destro and he is effin awesome. Highly recommended.

Yeah, POC falls under this banner. It's officially considered a sequel to the ROC toy line.
And yes, POC Destro is indeed awesome! I love the the way they did the briefcase and I'm so glad to have a proper head for him. I couldn't stand the frosted version from ROC. Have you picked up at least one Alley Viper, yet? Probably the best release so far, IMHO. The sheer number of accessories he comes with. Granted, the Shock Trooper comes with more stuff, but I think AV is still better, since he has the ability to hold ALL of his at once without looking like a dork.

I have the orange alley viper so I didn't pick up the new one. Got Shocktrooper, he is pretty neat, and you Got him to hold all of his stuff too. using the loops and the hammer and such you can get it all on his back in a slightly humorous but otherwise acceptable fashion.

When you are rich you can afford neat stuff, like a spine mounted minigun! |

Those Destro pics are great, man! Now I regret passing him up, lol.
Went out hunting of my normal rounds, and I found a couple Alley Vipers and shock troopers today after a long dry spell. The extras are for my friend. I saw remnants of wave 4, but of course no Low Light, maybe I can score him at NJCC this weekend. It sucks the only place to get Joes around here is Target, (the Walmarts that still carry them aren't worth driving to) seems none here are stocking and are full of the usual shelf warmers. I really hope Hasbro and Walmart can get back on the ball, as we heard at Joecon they're working on it... |

Dude! I didn't know you were on the hunt for a Low-Light! I picked up one for a friend, but it turned out he already found one himself and I returned the spare to the store.
(I don't scalp in case anyone wanted to know why I returned it instead of selling it on Ebay, et. al.) I'll try to keep an eye out for another. He is a great figure, too and his accessories are perfect.

Ally viper and shock trooper are excellent lots of kit-bash potential.

Eat the cardboard that Low-Light came in. It's full of fiber!
Toyark and its staff do not condone the purchase of toys in place of food under any circumstances, nor do they advocate consuming non-edible substances such as toy packaging. Also, lawyers have no sense of humor.

God I want a Low Light. I will run into one eventually!
Now someone customize one into a Slaughter's Marauders version! |

Surprisingly enough, Destro is the only character I'm missing from that wave. Too odd since he's usually the one to sit on the pegs round these parts for a little while. Then again this newest wave has been slowly trickling out that it's expected to be hard to find.

Man, Joes are hard to come by and sorta expensive where I am. Pity, since they're pretty awesome lately.
