Sooo disappointed this isn't a 3 3/4-inch line. Also disappointed it sucks.

If there's one consolation... the ships are perfectly scaled for Minimates. Otherwise, yeah, I really wish these were in 3 3/4 scale. That won't stop me from trying to customize them so that they work in that scale, though...

my sons thinks THIS IS REALLY REALLY COOL.... direct quote.
They couldnt make these in 3.75" for under $20.... they would come in at Millennium Falcon money. There are what, 3 or 4 vehicles going to be released so far? That would be an astronomical $300+ to get them all. GotG is an untested and RISKY venture as a film. The stores are BOGGED down with movie figures. These toys are perhaps, riskier still. No one knows who StarLord even is, a point they even poke fun at as I am sure you have seen the trailers. I like that Hasbro is doing something new. They look fun too!!! Flying around the house and park this summer blasting baddies in a space ship from the future.... whats not to love? This isn't a collector line for adults. Something new and fun for kids, I think they nailed it on both accounts!

Eh, I've seen worse. Looks like kids would probably have fun playing with it, which is kind of the point.
