It looks like the Mega George is a new sculpt, or at least a mostly new sculpt and is not simply a Kong repaint.

George looks more like King Kong than Kong does. I hope the toys don't get marked-up high since I don't have Walmart at my area.

not to be a prick but...

what is that based on?, and I'm glad you're enjoying, but like, there are like, twelve better versions in the g.i. joe line. and all of those have their various problems.

the big monkey is a step forward/sideways, but hopefully kids will be into toys again.

riiiiiggggght.

That's really surprising actually haha. I wish we got something decent from this. I might spring for the X-Plus for a good representation.

What kind of articulation does the small George? It looks like it has swivel hips, but I can't make out what's going on with the arms or if its head turns.

Also, is the Rock's head on a ball joint or swivel? I like the face. It might look good on an extra Joe or Marauders body.

Looks like his arms swing out to the left & right like pendulums. Head must have some articulation or else it is permanently turned slightly to his right. The page here with pictures of the Canister Contact sets doesn't have a shot of George's CC set, just Lizzie and Ralph.

Can we expect to see mega versions of Lizzie and Ralph? I'll probably get just one matching trio of monsters, and will probably choose the mega figures if they make all three.

I believe so. I've seen quite a few posters on other boards mention seeing them at stores.

Should be ball joint. He appears to be based on the Corps new sculpt figures that have not come out yet. Those I believe have ball joints. I am assuming here since the other figures are based on the old Corps figures. I can't believe they would actually create a new buck for just the Rock.

I found one person who's done reviews of the George figures: https://www.youtube.com/user/project...able_polymer=1

Super disappointing. Small George is static and Medium George has 2 points of articulation: the jaw and one arm which has a slamming action feature.

And, while Big George comes off the best, he is actually smaller than their Kong figure.

They'll be on clearance at Walmart in a couple of months, just like the entire Kong line is right now.

Still wish Ralph and Lizzie actually became bipedal, but it does at least look like they grow and change through the movie.

Really looking forward to it, the toys..probably gonna pass on them, I dunno, I may end up with a L:zzie if nothing else (though a set of the three wouldn't be terrible to have on the shelf either).

Where you seein' this at? It's literally four buttons that says "In Stores Soon" "New for 2018" "Under Construction" and the logo?

Or did they leak the site before I got to it and took it down?

I saw them at the Walmart in Covington last night. Lanard is really stepping up their game, and the prices are low on the corps figures.
I know it’s a long shot but I hope they make some NES or N64 lizzie, George, and Ralph figures.

I thought about that too but the George figure in scale did not seem to have any articulation.
