Ran into the new comic book Walking Dead figures at Toys R Us tonight. Was unable to get a pic of Andrea and the Punk Rock Zombie, but I was able to snag a picture of the new Rick Grimes figure, which actually isn't half bad. Would have picked him up, but I only collect the TV show versions of the figures...

I passed on this
#starwars by SacredKnightOfTomorrow, on Flickr and people are flipping out. I just don't like the 6" line.

Dropped by K Mart tonight on a whim...and found some neat stuffs...
I finally found the Toralei/Scarah Screams MH Fusion dolls, but I also saw a couple of neat ones I hadn't seen before including... Skelita (Is this one new? I've never seen this version of her before.) and this Rochelle/Catrine two pack. My GF and both really liked how this pack came out, especially Rochelle. Her marble spots gave her a great illusion of her having freckles! Also ran into the TF4 platinum edition two pack w/Optimus and Grimlock. Had I known that these were coming out, I would have passed on the regular Grimlock and picked up this set, as with the chrome and new head sculpt, the Optimus is WAY better looking than his original voyager counterpart. Closed out the night at TRU, finding this guy, who I SO wanted to pick up. Having gotten rid of my original Green Ranger figure years ago though, I opted against it. Damn is he beautiful though! |

I passed on Black Window and two Hydra soldiers today. Also, 6“ Bespin Luke. All in Arizona. First time I'd seen Widow and Luke in person. Nothing MU/MI to speak of.

I had just said how I had not seen the new Wydowna Spider at TRU wednesday morning and then BAM, 2 TRU have multiple cases of her on the shelf yesterday.
Also saw the new Inner Monster add-on packs Had only seen the GoT figures at Walgreens put on a shelf. Guess this is how they are supposed to be. Hidden on the side of an endcap. Also saw the Bizarro and Mr. Freeze for the total hero line at TRU. Not gonna lie, I kinda like the Freeze. I find these but I can't find Gears :-( And a Gordman's I stopped at had a crap ton of the wooden comic art. Ones I had not seen before also and this pic was only about half of what they had. |

Passed up on 2 6" Black Series Boba Fett, about 4 Stormtroopers and some Clone Troopers in my LCS. Already have Fett, but was looking for another.

Saw a new Monster High Deluxe pack for the Inner Monster line. Was at a Wal-Mart. Not sure if it exclusive to them or not. The pink and green part in the middle is a smoke and genie tail. Needs a serious repaint, but could be as cool as the Mermaid tail they made last year.
Also saw this Imaginext Batmobile that is clearly inspired by the Arkham Asylum game. Also the first I have seen of the Half Shell Heroes figures other than the Turtles. Also saw these new Teen Titans figures from Jazweres Beast Boy comes with a Fridge and a little green pig form. |

I haven't seen much new as of late, aside from some of the Mega Bloks COD single-figure sets (Ghille Suit Sniper and Juggernaut) and the new Halo sets (with the new articulation). Sorely tempted by the Halo Emile and COD Juggernaut ones.

Ionix is the same brick-building company that does Tenkai Knights (awesome) and How To Train Your Dragon 2 (meh). Didn't know they got the Pokémon license, though. Hopefully they're on par with TK or at least better than the HTTYD figures.

I want Casta Fierce, I thought she was street dated like Catty Noir was last year?? But I know how little street date matters. That 4 pack is just not good looking. All the stripes look terrible, design wise.

Saw some of those ReAction figures at TRU yesterday. Firefly, Escape from NY and Back to the Future. $10 each, which I am surprised they didn't try and mark it up more. I like some of these, just hard to find ones with good looking packaging. Most are bent or warped...

Last time I was in Wal-Mart I saw the Jim Lee looking Batman, Aquaman, and Freeze. They also had that 3-pack with Lex too. Gotta say I almost bought the Batman but walked away with Multiverse Azreal instead.

If I was a kid I would be all over that Total Heroes line. It's pretty sick stuff for them at a good price (considering today's costs) |

Sgt. Johnson is another I need to pick up too. Finally got Sarah Palmer the other day. So it'll be nice to finally start adding some named Halo characters to the mini-fig display. (Been meaning to pick up the BroadSword with new Masterchief and Cortana too.) All in all, it's been a great two years so far if you're a Halo Megabloks collector. The figures are getting better, and they're finally covering some amazing stuff! The new mini-figures rock too! They've got about as much articulation as a basic MU/MI at a fraction of the height! |

Here's some of the stuff I've been passing on driving across America the lack couple of weeks.
Seen almost a dozen Widow's. Hadn't seen one in Canada. Tankor looked kinda of cool but cheap and I don't really care much about him. I did eventually pick up one of these 2-packs. These just showed up couple of days ago.

Only X-Men figures I've seen are Wolverine/Cyke and a couple of Stryfe. These were various stores from California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Tennesee.
There was a TRU I stopped at outside Phoenix that was for sure the largest and newest looking TRU I've ever seen. For instance, they had a whole long aisle that was nothing but Turtles. The Joes and MP Transformers are just outside Nashville (where I'm at right now). The Stormtroopers and Hydra/AIM guys were random Walmarts in small towns where I stopped for gas.
