Sooo why does all Walmarts have new Amazing Spidey line for $7.47 a piece in my area, but Target and TRU still sits at 9.99 (OH MY! 8.49 ON SALE! ....)
Seems pretty stupid when WM is the only one that even has the second wave/poseable spidey so far.

Ughh I need those two figures^. Luckily, I'm just waiting on my bbts preorder for that hulk along with the rest of that wave. BW is still a treasure hunt. Nice pic.
Has anyone tried doing a legs swap with the new hulk and the one from the sw comic pack/light up base one? |

Does anybody here have the new MU Hulk from the Avengers 4pk and the Avengers movie Hulk and if so can you please take a comparison pic.
I am thinking of switching heads with these two, and I want to know if their around the same size. Too bad we won't see a redo, or a collector series MU Style Movie Avengers set. I would gladly pay $50 for a set like that. |

In the case of Walmart and Target, the action figure aisle is pretty much on par with the impulse bins at the front of the store. It's not anywhere near a major source of sales. You can't expect it to be treated with anything more than an afterthought. Even in TRU, you'll see that the action figures are a fraction of the size of the Lego, board games, and toddler toys. |

Can anyone post pics of MU Archangel in poses? I've only ever seen him posed standing up. Does he look good in flying poses or poses where it looks like hes firing feathers or kneeling?

The LUB or 4 pack Cap A is basically the CP Cap A just with different/vibrant color (also I heard the LUB Cap A has beefier forearm) while 3 pack or international patriot pack or kmart exclusive that Cap A is based on the Cap A from the Cap A first avenger movie lines. So the Comic Packs are taller than the movie ones.

Because there isn't someone dedicated to walking around every store in the area checking all their prices. I think people here tend to overestimate the importance of the toy aisle, and one small portion of it at that, in the grand scheme of an entire store. Or in the case of TRU, one line of figures out of an entire store's worth.

Coming from someone with "Nerf" in his callsign your logic is somewhat suspect. I think you're just trying to keep the rest of us OUT of the toy aisles so you can grab all of my ScarJo girlfriends! You're the one keeping us apart. Did my wife put you up to this? |

all my targets have posable spidey as of last week. the price was the reason i passed him up after seeing how tiny he was.

Anyone willing to swap a movie Hawkeye for maskless Cap? I had a trade lined up, but the dude never gave me his shipping address... and hasn't followed up for over a week.

yeah I am just a bit thrown off because my item was scanned and tracked through the whole process yet the item I am supposed to get has not moved at all,i was under the impression it cant be moved without being scanned and if that is true then the shit is still in another state and priority is a lie.

It's been exciting to get back into mu figures. I had dropped out for a while because so much stuff was comin out and I just didn't have the money to keep up. So I was just buying movie figures. With this recent mu pause it's been fun gettin some older figures I passed on

I found a few Mandarins at grocery stores back in the day. Worth a shot? Quote:
Of course, I just bought the ones I wanted from Target and then bought random ones from the line from Walmart and returned those to Target. Two weeks later Walmart had the same ones anyway. What's HoA mean? Hard-on Apocalypse? Hotel Alabama? Quote:

I also wanted to appreciate this Walmart. They're usually pretty terrible, but seem to be working hard at retaining a few of the harder to find stuff: Look close, there's Hulks in that last one... This is the same Walmart where I found this two weeks ago: Poor The Rock has no right hand anymore! Crippled for life and left for dead! Last edited by Peteparker; 06-13-2012 at 03:51 PM.. |

New X-Men 6 Pack found in TRU Hong Kong!
Via chubbyman on The Fwoosh: Pretty amazing set! And another one to buy just because there's a single new figure in it... What's up with Iceman's belt? EDIT: oh yea, it's the original X-Factor team minus Beast. Last edited by Peteparker; 06-13-2012 at 04:03 PM.. |
