We already have a thread about this. Merged.
On a side note, I can only hope to be as lucky in finding DP myself. But until then, I will be content to enjoy my Toy Biz version.

TRU store employees won't know what kind of stuff they'll get on delivery days. Merchandise gets ordered automatically and trucks get loaded with whatever stuff the distribution centers give them. Whatever new stuff stores receive gets put out on the floor and overstock gets stored in the back. All the employees can do is check the inventory with item #'s.

Found the variant Deadpool and Warpath in Atlanta, GA. Valkyrie and Hulk seems to be the shelfwarmer. Deadpool is awesome. Does anyone know the comic he wore that Blue X-men costume? I really want to read it now.

I've found all of the non varients packs a few times now but just can't bring myself to plop $30 down for one two pack. Deadpool does indeed look terrific though.

Check ebay, a lot of people are selling the Warpath figures because they just wanted Deadpool. You should be able to find a reasonable price. I put mine up for 10 bucks, and it sold in 10 secs. I'm going to do the same if I find the non variant.

All the Marvel 2 packs should be out in full force now. Went by Toysrus, and found at least 15 all over the place. Bad news is only saw 2 non-varient deadpool and warpath, but about 7 varient D and W. Hasbro must do that on purpose. I still haven't found the 6 inch Mark 4 Ironman with the Tony Stark Head. All I see at wal-mart is Mark 5s everywhere. This is in the Smyrna, GA area by the way.

I just don't know that much about Warpath, so I sold both version and just have both Deadpools. On a side note, I cut a finger on his left hand, and he can hold guns very tightly. Had to give him Armor Plus Ryo swords to hold. The little ones he came with just don't fit.

Miami (dadeland) apparently has the Winter Soldier/Black Widow Variant for a whopping $32.09 (tax an'all), I walked in to just browse and found this 2 pack and nearly shitted my pants diarrhea style and said to my self......FUCK NOT USING MY CC TILL NEXT YEAR!!! (similar thing happened when I wanted the 12" Spidey) so now I am a very happy "kid" that desperately wanted the winter soldier and could only get it at 3 1/4 size, but now!!!! Thank you "santa"!!!!
So on a side note: How are we to know when these and or more figures will come out, via here? It's a great source, and great help from others is a plus+, And how or what fans get to pick these figures? I am more than sure that most of us would want to be one of the so called fans!! I will pass by again on friday to see if there is more figures on shelves. Now all I need is a 6" Capt, to go with Buck!!! Last edited by Morzilla; 12-15-2010 at 07:49 AM.. so far until now, are these 2 pack series still have a few stock in retails stores or already quite a lot??...since last 2 weeks, my friend see there are a lot of them but only 1-2 days, they are already gone again...
seems only HULK & valkryie have quite many stock, the rest like widow and winter & deadpool and warpath are dont have a lot stock... i have just got deadpool & warpath MOC, normal and variant from ebay seller and totally cost for $120 (win from bidding not BIN). very expensive but its for my buyer in here so i dont mind to take it, since its not for me hehehehe

If you mean via Toyark, we have a Sightings forum for the express purpose of letting other collectors know when new stuff hits the shelves and where they can be found. It has separate forums for each of the 50 States and even an International section for outside the US.

So, after opening up the Xmas gifts I gave myself, I noticed that the articulation is exactly that of the 3 3/4 figures....hmm, here I was hoping for a bit more articulation like the ol' figures had. but I guess this is better than not having a figure at all!!!

Not quite, the wrists on deadpool should be ball jointed, and he has double jointed elbows as well as pec articulation.
