I think I'll wait for the inevitable Figuarts US Agent.
This wave does feel lazy, though. No way those wings with Captain Falcon couldn't be a $29.99 deluxe figure instead of a BAF. Loki had zero accessories and has a one scene specific hair. Not even any effects for Scarlet Witch? No phasing hands for Vision or an alternate "normal eyes" head? That lazy, lazy wrong repaint of Walker? Only one that looks worth it IMHO is Zemo. And frankly, where the hell are Agatha and Fauxsilver? Loki seems like a bad toss in for this wave over one of them, especially when there are likely more Loki figures coming. Like they just wanted to toss out this quick repaint real fast. |

Hmmm. Reading up, it seems Hasbro mentioned that they didn't have reference materials for Walker's new costume so they tried their best and will release a better one later. Makes me want to skip this one.
Really did wish those effects on Wanda were translucent, though. |

Hasbro's not charging extra for them, they're charging the standard $20. Archangel already said that. Amazon is selling them for $20 also. BBTS is selling them for $25 separately (and slightly cheaper if you get the whole wave) because shipping charges are completely out of control and they still want to promote $4 shipping and Pile of Loot. I'm sure they tried but for some reason they just can't seem to grow a big as Amazon. By all means directly support the giant corporation instead of the small online retailer. If Bucky doesn't use guns in the show then there's no point in giving the figure guns and "Colonizer Arm Removal Action" just isn't cost effective. US Agent is an obvious lazy repaint to get these out ASAP. As I stated earlier, this isn't about quality and accuracy, it's about striking while the iron's hot. I don't work for Disney so I'm not forced to pretend F&WS is the most popular streaming show of all time. If you think this is bad you should seek alternative hobbies because you ain't seen nothing yet. "Just sayin'". |

I pre-ordered the whole set, I love this set. Wanda sold out first on Amazon, followed by Vision. U.S. Agent's chest color should be easily fixed with some white and red paint. The "A" on the forehead might need a bit of sanding, but a coat of flat black should fix it. That's not a big deal for me, to me customizing is half the fun.

Can folks like you actually think for a minute instead of complaining?

As far as guns go bucky may not have used them in every ep but he DID use them so giving him at least a pistol and holster would be something instead of almost no accessories except a couple of hands. Hasbro is getting skimpier and skimpier with their figs and their pinless designs are not helping either. And here is the proof of hasbros price raising..... https://news.tfw2005.com/2021/04/27/...l-costs-432594

Every BAF has been absolutely terrible, though. Mr. Hyde, Ursa Major, Tri Sentinel - deep dives and maybe too deep for me. Especially since McFarlane DC Multiverse can release just as hefty and large figures for $20 instead of me having to pay over $100 to buy figures I don't have a lick of interest in to get the BAF. Kinda feels like Hasbro is at a loss right now without a movie to build a large group of waves for. Essentially two hologram Iron Mans in back to back waves? And the Iron Man "themed" wave doesn't even feel that good. Where is Mandarin, Iron Monger, Whiplash (movie or comic), comic Rescue, Justin Hammer, etc.? Instead it's Classic Ultron, who has zilch to do with Iron Man, and Ursa Major, who has what all to do with Iron Man? Should have been an Iron Monger BAF. The Villains Wave looks to be pretty much all misses minus Lady Deathstrike and MAYBE Arcade. |

Can safely say the only figures I bought this year were Moira MacTaggert and Marvel Girl. So far these waves have been very underwhelming. And so far for me it looks like just Zemo and Lady Deathstrike, MAYBE Riri Williams just because she looks kinda interesting.

Ultron & Thanos are the 2 most iconic comic Avengers villians in their history, throw Kang in there as their 3rd most dangerous enemy. So because there are no movies out there, Hasbro is at a loss? Ursa Major & the Winter guard/Supreme Soviets have had plenty of interaction both with the Avengers & Ironman in the past as well as against the Hulk. Do some actual research on the characters you're bashing & stop basing everything on the MCU. |

Right on the money (literally LOL). I'd much rather pay $24.99 Canadian for a beefy, unique sculpt like McFarlane's Azrael or Hellbat than $32.99 for yet another recycled Bucky Cap body with a few new parts (look' at you, House of X Cyclops).
I kind of wonder if Darkstar and Ursa Major are maybe orphaned remnants of a second wave of Black Widow movie figures that ended up in limbo as a result of the film's release date being postponed, kind of like how the G.I. Joe "Classified" figures have been trickling out in waves of two and three thanks to having originally been intended to be accompanied by figures from the upcoming movie which then ended up languishing in (karmically well-deserved) development hell. Ah, the snobbery of nerds... Ah, the ignorance of geeks. |
