Argh!
What a pain! I e-mailed eBay customer service, received a reply from the seller (still haven't gotten one from eBay), and then a "how are we doing?" survey from eBay. I had to hunt around forever, but finally found a link to eBay live chat that actually works.(And now that doesn't work any more. ) In the end, my only option was to leave them a negative feedback, and report them to eBay Trust & Safety. I really wish I could see that their account was cancelled or some other positive change was made for all my stress and time wasted. Imagine if every buyer who gets a good deal on eBay gets a request from the seller to cancel, and there's not really any repurcussion against the seller. Hopefully my negative, and 1 star ratings will have some effect. I guess we'll see. |

Thanks for the update, but sorry to hear it's not good news.
Maybe something will come of the report you sent off.

I've checked six local Wal-Mart stores (some regularly) in the last few weeks, and no sign at all of the Nemesis wave. And most of these stores were doing fairly well with Marvel Legends until the Hasbro waves began.

They've been shelf warming down here for so long that they have been moved to the clearance isle with the Ares wave.
