The MOTU Classics set is cool, or is it classics stuff. Are these two new figures. They look like 5.5" but obviously taller with more articulation

You know what, I'm not sure what size these are. At first, I thought they were 7" scale, but the sculpt is much more in line with the 5.5" figures, just with added articulation.

Oh that's interesting. I guess this will be the look Mattel is going with when they take back MOTU from S7.

Good God. I was hopeful for the Batmobile, until I saw the wheels. Yikes. The Batman figures are an insult, but I'm sure they'll still sell.

I love the power sword with the he-man. Not sure about the figure... hmmm... really wish Mattel would just use some of their wrestler bodies to make he-man figures.

At $0, I'll get as many of the Battle Bones sets as I can carry.

Because it's Mattel. They haven't given 2 squirts of piss about DC in over a decade.

If I remember right they are checking the name on the order to the badge- so whatever name it's ordered under has to match the badge. You could have your friend that is going order them and pick them up though..

So looks like there will be more MOTU in this style, the line is going to be called Origins and theres going to be four horsemen involvement.

God, I freaking hate Mattel.

Do they offer them for sale afterwards? I can't remember the last time I was interested in a Mattel exclusive, but I really want that John Hammond.

Great job Mattel! Way to go on keeping the fan base and customers happy, because we all know that ALL the fans who want these are able to drop everything and go to SDCC.(Sarcasm for those who aren't sure.)
But really, it's one thing to offer an exclusive such as a repaint or slight tweak to an existing item for SDCC, but offering unreleased items such as the Battle Bones is not going to be helping customer loyalty. Isn't it bad enough that those of us that actually want some of their product have a hard enough time finding it without the hassle of attendee only exclusives? Sorry for the rant.

100% Agree, this is what killed comic's in the 90's.

Stupid that Mattel wants jerk customers around like this.

I look forward to getting some of these Ebay exclusives in August.

I hope Mattel at least announces a She-Ra toyline at SDCC to take the sting out of another exclusive figure set.

I love the John Hammond... Gives us hope for Benjamin Lockwood, Henry Wu, Simon Masrani, and Eli Mills... God Bless Mattels new management.
