Man-Bat still looks oversized. I wonder if it's meant to be Abraham Langstrom instead of Kirk?

Kirk's a pretty big Man Bat in the comics right now. Plus they probably wanted him to stand out.

As to what qualifies as a megafig. I think Devestator just missed the boat. If they released him now, he'd probably be a megafig.
