That Power Rangers reveal was something else. I feel like these could be the perfect renditions of the Rangers in this scale. They were practically made to be clothed figures.

Edit** I was going to post a link and some info to the new figures but it looks like Joe beat me to it.

Holy crumbs, they’re doing Power Rangers now?!?! How am I supposed to resist that?!
Apparently it’s hot enough that I have the SHF, lightning collection, Ace Toyz and threezero Rangers because this is calling out to me as well. I hope they come with a few head sculpts to set really take them to the next level. A One:12 Goldar, Rita and Lord Zedd would absolutely smash the LC versions- but that’d only be right seeing as they’ll cost 4xs as much. |

I'm excited for Wolverine and Power Rangers today and the Rumble Society depending on what they look like.

Could just be something in the background or the parts are misaligned slightly, but it looks like they may have put the side latch on the Green Ranger's helmet, which would be inaccurate, since those side latches are only present on the suits used in live stage Hero Shows and not on the actual suits used in show photography.

From what I understand, the Japanese helmets used cotter pins to keep the two halves closed since the Japanese team never took their helmets off while in costume. They were either in their uniforms or they weren't. For the American footage, all of the costumes had to be remade since all of the actors were different sizes than their Japanese counterparts. Since the American Rangers were shown taking their helmets off, they used latches to make it easier to open and close the helmets on camera. The black lines on the belts, the diamonds on the chest, and Tommy's Dragon Shield are also different than then Japanese costumes. Since the show was a mix of American and Japanese footage, it would make sense for them include helmets to match. |

Power Rangers to me would be a hard sell because of ThreeZero's line. $20 more and you get a 1/6 figure. MAYBE Mezco would do unmasked heads, but I would doubt it. I get space can be an issue but as someone who was teetering on ordering the ThreeZero PRs, I just can't see myself not splurging $20 more if these interested me. The Super7 PRs interest me too because they'll be cheaper and they also definitely plan to do monsters.
As for the rest of their reveals I do like most of them. I'm really glad they didn't shy away from One:12 like they did at some past virtual Cons by only having a handful of reveals. They came out swinging this weekend. |

Kind of hyped by the green Ranger, but will they release the other ones, and most important: The Villains! Rita, Zedd and Scorpnia would be so freaking awesome!

Power Rangers sound nice, but IMHO they need unmasked heads. That to me is the appeal of the Lightning Collection - FINALLY having unmasked Rangers I can display.
That Amy Jo head sold me on getting into that line. Especially since you can plop those heads on marvel Legends casual outfit figures and make unmorphed Rangers. Passed on the Threezero ones specifically because they didn't have unmasked heads. |

ULTRAMAN! I hope they can get the final outfit to be more skin to the C Type look in the original series. They have also go to work on the Specium Ray pose--getting the arms to cross properly will probably be my personal deciding factor in getting it.

Day 2 reveal, the Green Ranger was a surprise, but like everyone's said, there's alot of versions in this scale and in others. For me to be real interested, they have to have great unmasked headsculpts (doubt it), and the spandex has to be shinier if going for the classic original Japan look or stick with this and add the shiny puffy fake golden dragon shield for the US version. Lastly worry about limits to articulation. It has to offer something more or improve on the SHF and LC versions especially with the expected higher price. Be interesting to see how many Power Rangers they will do though. |

I think they've revealed EIGHTEEN One:12 figures these past couple days by my count, crazy! And pretty much none of them will be released before 2022 I bet lol.

The GI Joe stuff is awesome. I can justify it. The 1/6 Joe stuff never really looked that good. Now we know Super7 is gonna be doing Joe Ultimates. Thanks Hasbro. I would love to know why Hasbro let other companies at their IP. So now for GI Joe, we got Classifiedm this line and Super7 and the same retro figures.
