Masters of the Universe: Revelation - Faker Figure Photos

Okay, this looks great. So now I have to deal with my Walmart aversion. Is this line exclusive to Walmart for just the first month like NECA? Or is there something else going on here? I swear I should've come across this information by now, but apparently it escaped me...

It's a very nice figure. But, I'm not a fan of the skin tone color change. At all. To make it worse the orange armor looks really bad against the flesh tone.

Exclusive until September to Walmart and target for some reason.

I wonder if the He-Man transformation we see in the trailer is Faker? He does have blue skin during the transformation.

Kinda weird there's no Teela figure previewed yet, considering she's rumored to have a large role in the new series.

Not bad but the arm bracer and bracelet are clunky af. Just sculpt them on the arms, Mattel.

No, that is just Adam. The He-man in the cloak who was riding Strydor is actually Faker.

Teela is listed for wave two along with Beast man, Man-At-Arms, and Spikor.

I'm not a big customizer but having those as separate pieces makes it a lot easier-- and you could potentially swap out the larger bracer for another smaller one for a more 'classic' look.

I think this looks pretty good, don't mind the change from blue skin.

Man these figures suck. Look how awesome the artwork for Faker is on the back of the box, and then look out how lame the figure is in comparison. If these figures looked anything like the source material they would be amazing. Instead they look like badly proportioned Ken and Barbie dolls for kindergarteners.

Aside from head sizes which are what they are - that clean He-Man head is less smiley than the regular one, and should be able to swap in.

I think it's just paint missing comparing the art and the final figure.

MOTU is becomming generic like everything else.

I think all 3 of the Faker heads have read eyes.

Looks that way to me but you could always repaint them though.

They should given extra undamaged arms and a swappable upper body. Ill wait for a blue skinned faker. This just doesnt look that good.

Just wish they were willing to go Terminator-esque skull face. Though surprised with the red lining on the skin. Makes me wonder, will this show depict blood?

toy companies making toys for kids, it's hell in a handbasket i tell ya

but yeah my beef is with the design. they took one of the most striking, original character designs and made him generic and familiar?

NOPE! No blue skin, hard pass.
