Just fooling mate,in 1940 after he managed to miss the evacuation from dunkirk,my Grandad bill got on the Lancastria at Cherbourg,a stuka dropped a bomb through the deck whilst she was at anchor. About 3500-4000 soldiers and french citizens lost their lives that day,if it hadnt been for the french fisherman who pulled old Bill outta the water i wouldnt be here to be a wiseass!!! But back on topic Lucky Charms are so damn good!!!

Dunkirk evacuation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia It is hard not to get off topic when it is mentioned because I have a lot of respect for my Grandfather and all the allied soldiers in WWII and I just miss him a lot.

My grandfather was there too. Made it back on a little fishing boat, that he said he swore was slowly sinking.

My grandma was Jimmy Doolittle's secretary for a while in the war- she had his flight wings (which I inherited).

As in raid on Japan following Pearl Harbour?? Stripped down Mitchell bombers?? Josh Hartnett??? Ben Affleck??? DAMN bro thats awesome!!!! The Mitchell is my ALLTIME favourite WWII airplane!!!

Yeah, that guy- pretty daring stuff. Everyone though the raid on Japan was a one-way ticket.
I lost my grandma last month and it was a race to get the wings before some...er...relative, lets just say...found them and took them along with whatever was not nailed down from her house. Only me and my uncle even knew what they were. I got her photo album too- if you can, get yours and scan all of it in! It's cool to have and you never know all the cool stuff in your family unless you ask... Er...where does Ben Aflek fall into anything though? Some movie, obviously.. It may get to political and religious actually. We just have to watch what we say.

Unless it's political or religous action figures, which would kick ass.
I'd but the hell out of Barack Obama in 3.75- he'd be a great hero or hostage in any diorama! And who does ot want to make a cyborg Putin? Or Moses for that matter? Zombie Moses. |

And the current drought of new figures goes back to at least november. If the wm/qs pack was available to ship to major retailers and specialty etailers like bbts at the same time that means we are now 4 or more months out and went through the xmas season either too backed up and unable to restock or unwilling to restock. I hope Im wrong but I think the wonderman/dd wave and the storm/iron fist wave are write offs. we'll never see them in large quantities |
