These look cool but kinda generic. It would be cool if one had like 4 arms of something. Astrobots was pretty cool, but it was only like 3 figures.

As a proper update to the toyline, it's a huge fail. But as just cool looking robot toys, not bad.

Reimagining is ok at mass retail...
As a niche release at $50, nostalgia wins every time! These are not $50 cool imho. I'm happy with the Toyfinity Maxx Steele |

I can see the early 80’s aesthetic. It’s nostalgic in a lot of ways but not very attractive. Only when used well does it look cool. These robots look like C+ 80’s movie characters. Too busy and janky looking. Like models made from flexible duct and cardboard boxes. That being said, if these were done well I’d like to buy it. There aren’t a lot of new 80’s gimmicks with very early 80’s, almost 70’s, looks.
