Looks nice, though I'll be waiting for the 3-3/4" version of him and the Mark VI armor. The articulation of this is probably lacking, or it's just cleverly disguised by the molding. Also, it looks as though his shoulder weapons are swapped.
On a side not, it should be interesting to see how Wiplash's toys turn out. Especially if he gets his own set of armor at some point. He is supposed to be a combination of Wiplash and Crimson Dynamo after all.

I'll stick to the 3.75ers. This guy sorta looks like a knock-off.

I agree looking at the articulation its like a giant step backwards and makes it cheap looking...I'm definitely sticking with the 3.75's and the 6inchers those are the best and only way to go. I know Ill probably get 2 warmachines in both scales lol

Am I wrong here, or isn't his cannon/gun suppose to be over his right shoulder and not his left?

Well, not necessarily. War Machine's design is modular, allowing him to have multiple types of armorments that are easily swapped out depending on the mission requirements. Having said that, he is typically portrayed as having a missile bank on his right shoulder (our left) and a gattling gun on his left (our right), but that is not a hard and fast rule. When shown with only one shoulder-mounted weapon, it's usually on his right.
