Got my HOX/POX - some initial thoughts and rankings
Moria - definitely my most wanted figure of this wave, and actually to me is one of the best of the single figures. The fact she can have two distinct looks doesn't hurt a bit. Omega Sentinel - Great figure even with wrong shade of skin on the alt head. She's probably better overall than Moria as a figure, but she wasn't nearly my most wanted so she gets the runner up slot Cyclops - love the design here, something different than the yellow/blue he usually gets. And he has the optic blast! Magneto - Granted he's mostly just a new color scheme on a very similar design, like Cyclops, but I really like this design. Tri-Sentinel - Okay, I haven't plugged the three heads in yet, they weren't going in easily, and I didn't want to break the coils. I don't have the Spid-r/ thing from a few years back, so this is a completely unique looking figure for my collection. Wolverine - Not that I needed another Wolverine, but he was a given. At least his design is unique. And he's a well made figure that really shows off his compactness. Xavier - Fairly basic body with a unique head. He's okay, definitely in line with the comic look, though nothing to really get too excited over Marvel Girl - knew this from the time i ordered it, but I cannot overstate how phoned in this figure is. And it really shows. Still, having the Hickman Jean is better than no Hickman Jean. Into the box they go - one day I'll have a space to show these characters. This also fills up slot 297-299 of totally unique characters in my Legends collection (if I add a handful of Select figures). I guess Firestar will be #300, that'll be a milestone.

The incompetence of the USPS is blowing my mind right now. I bought a few pairs of Stiltman legs from JCarter and it has gone from his location to FL to here in CO back to FL, back to CO, and is now once again in FL. What the fucking fuck???

I had that happen with an eBay purchase several years ago. I had to call USPS customer service to get it straightened out. Actually getting through their automated system to talk to an actual human was it's own nightmare.

I received my HOX/POX wave today. Does anyone know why Wolverine's alternate head comes with a grey beard? As far as I can tell, he still has dark hair in the comics.

There was a leak recently for some sort of Black Widow 2-pack later this year. I'm guessing it'll be released to tie-in to the movie's theatrical debut...whenever that ends up being.

That's just it, it doesn't allow you to talk to anyone physically anymore period. Even if I hit 0 it takes me to an automatic message.

@Tim - Maybe they'll show a new classic Shocker at this year's Toy Fair. If not this year, then Hasbro has to make classic Shocker in 2022. He's long overdue and he's been a fan-requested favorite for a while.
I'm still hopeful we'll see some Captain America Marvel Legends stuff this year since Cap has his 80th anniversary. I know that we already got a Cap re-release with the Marvel 80th anniversary wave, but I'd still love to see new Cap figures made. With 2022, I do hope we'll see 60th anniversary plans for heroes like Ant-Man, Hulk, Spider-Man and Thor, respectively. I realize what follows is just wish-listing, but this is what I'd love to see done for next year for the anniversaries: Ant Man 60th anniversary wave wish-list: Ant Man (classic suit), Wasp (red-and-black classic suit), Egghead, Yellowjacket (with Hank Pym and Darren Cross alternate heads), Ultron-12, Whirlwind, Tigra, and Build-A-Figure classic Goliath Hulk 60th anniversary wave wish-list: Gray Hulk (classic first appearance), Hulk (Jack Kirby/purple shorts), Bruce Banner (classic lab coat), Tyrannus (classic), Ringmaster (classic), Jarella (classic), Leader (orange-and-black costume with "giant brain" head), Build-A-Figure Immortal Hulk (with alternate classic savage Hulk head) Spider-Man 60th anniversary wave wish-list: Spider-Man (first appearance/Steve Ditko), Spider-Man (classic Silver Age with the John Romita Sr./Gil Kane chest emblem, Peter Parker alternate head without glasses, detachable underarm webbing and wavy-lines spider-sense accessory), the Burglar, Chameleon (classic), Doctor Octopus (white Armani suit with bendable wire tentacles), Mary Jane Watson (first appearance clothes), classic Stunner, Build-A-Figure Man-Mountain Marko Thor 60th anniversary wave wish-list: Thor (classic, with Frog Thor), Jane Foster (civilian), Loki (green-and-yellow suit with cape), Beta Ray Bill (classic), Absorbing Man (classic with ball-and-chain accessory), Enchantress (classic or updated costume), Thor (Modern Age suit), Build-A-Figure Destroyer @Captain Nash - Wow, I didn't expect to hear the pocket and pens were sculpted. That's actually cool. I might have to pre-order Moira sooner than later. |

https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm You'll probably have to go through several steps but it looks like it gives you the option to email them. It'd be a far better use of your time than waiting on the phone. Last option would be to go down to your local post office and ask for help. |

I finally got my Frog Man from Amazon and I know that it's bias considering he's been on my top ten list for 6 years but he's absolutely one of my top legends figures ever. He's a fun toy, a cool design, and a personal favorite character of mine. Plus green is my favorite color. And though he's built on the Doc Ock body it just seems to be much more dynamic this time around as though the articulation were somehow superior. Also I originally thought the tentacle ports left on the back were going to be too obvious and distracting but they aren't at all. If anything I like to think of them as jet thrusters that would propel him forward if only he was at all competent at using his costumes' equipment. He's probably going to be written off by a lot of collectors but he's definitely a gem of a figure to me.

Glad to see a positive reception for Moira! She's also my personal favorite of the wave. Love her as is, but I can't wait to pick multiples of her up and kitbash them with Retro Gwen to army-build some kick-ass female scientists!!

Can't wait to see the ML wave for the Disney+ shows. The title characters are a given but the leak saying Zemo is also in is hyping me up.

looks good. 6 episodes huh. that's a decent movie run time. I love we're getting these D+ shows. Also, why does Sebastian Stan always looks like he just ate a lemon while smelling toxic waste?

Zemo finally gets a costume, but it looks like the least amount of effort was put into it.
