@En Sabah
I can sort of see a rodent in there too, which lends even more to it being a cartoonish caricature of Zabo. I also think you are right about Hyde being a longshot for Deluxe Legends treatment. That said. I'd want Habro to deliver on a 2nd shot at a classic Beta-Ray before a character like Hyde...

Ya know when they make characters like this do they factor in how the hell they take a piss?

Probably the same way any real person that is missing both their hands does. Razorfist probably has a different set of prosthetics and someone to help him change them. How does any character that uses a weapon in each hand take a piss? They put their weapons down and don't take a piss in the middle of a fight.

Yep, show was amazing all around. I can't wait for Captain America 4 now. And I hope the show gets another season as it deserves it.

Found the Shang-chi wave at my local Walmart. Just picked-up Xialing for now. For those of you looking, the figures weren't actually on the pegs, but sitting on the very top shelf.
Also, looks like I'm building a Dynamo! With Ursa Major and Darkstar on the way, found most of the Black Widow wave again at various GameStop's during their Pro Day sale. Only figure I couldn't find for the BAF part was Bucky. Really regretting selling off that Dynamo head, now. |

On Twitter, Dan Yun said that more Deluxe Marvel Legends would be coming soon. In a reply to his post, Ryan Ting teased what seems to be a trading card photo of Hawkeye on the Sky Cycle, though not in the classic Hawkeye costume. Is the Sky Cycle post a tease of things to come?

I’m kicking myself a bit on that Watcher figure, good to see it back available. |

I personally hope they don't re-release classic Hawkeye with the cycle... I hope it is a different Hawkeye... like Ultimates Hawkeye or something. I remember when Gamestop clearanced out a bunch of older figs for 5 dollars... vintage Hawkeye was one of them... I went to every Gamestop that I could looking for that $5 Hawkeye, but someone already beat me to them... that always bugged me. But then I recently found a MOC Vintage Hawkeye for 20 dollars at a local shop... the guy priced it a few months ago and didn't realize it jumped up in value recently.

I picked up MODOK from Target this morning using the pick up in store option, but curiously, was told that the Shang Chi figures in the back could not be sold until May 5th (despite the 4/25 street date.)
This makes even less sense because I was able to pick up my store order for Katy just now. I checked the Target website for the rest of the wave, and sure enough...no store pickup or online order deliveries for the base wave until May 4th. I ended up ordering the wave on Dorkside anyways yesterday (free shipping and no sales tax? Deal...) but still...the whole thing makes not a lick of sense, especially when the wave is sitting in the the stockroom ready to go. Oh Target and Hasbro...then you guys wonder why so many people are pissed at you. |

My local Walmarts have been incredibly bad. Like...in a jaw dropping way. Literally nothing on the pegs with the exceptions of some He-Man and Skeletors, Battle Cats, those D&D miniatures and a couple of 3.75 Halo figs. No wrestlers, no Jurrasic Park, no Legends, nothing. It's been that way for months. Every other section gets stocked except action figures. I have no clue what's going on there. It's like they've completely given up.
The only on that gets anything in is by the Mexican border...but that's a 70 mile drive for me and I'm not going out of my way to get these. I got the Dorkside order in so as long as they are being truthful and actually have them in hand ready to ship...I'm good. |

I have no idea what to expect tomorrow. I'll be going into it with zero expectations, especially after the past few videos. I'd imagine the Age of Apocalypse wave and/or some Deluxe figures would be the comic reveals. It may be too early for the Age of Apocalypse Wave 2 and Retro Fantastic Four reveals. I do hope that we get at least one or two Retro Spider-Man reveals, since the only release we got so far was Web-Man.
Like Captain Nash said, the Disney Plus wave HAS to be up to pre-order tomorrow, especially now that "Falcon and the Winter Soldier" ended. They can't delay those figures any longer and, frankly, my excitement for that wave has dropped since its pre-order has been delayed for so long. As a side note, I've left replies to Dan Yun's Tweet on Twitter. One reply I left was I'd love for Hasbro to make new Retro Spider-Man figures of Doctor Octopus with bendable wire tentacles, Sandman with normal arms, Lizard, Tarantula and Rhino, as well as a Stegron Build-A-Figure. Since they're all going to be featured in the "Sinister War" storyline this July for the Spider-Man comics, it'd be fun to see new figures for all those villains. I also wrote that I hope Hasbro will make some Marvel Legends Captain America figures since this is his 80th anniversary year. It's, unfortunately, highly unlikely at this point, but maybe Hasbro will do something before the year ends for Cap? Now if I can just find the Shang-Chi wave's Iron Man figure link on Amazon... |

I just ordered my Marvel's Katy figure from Target but all my web pages and receipts indicate that it should arrive on Wednesday so I am curious why some folk are getting May 5th.
I was initially disappointed that Awkwafina's character wasn't getting a figure (comedic sidekicks often don't at least to start) but I am quite excited for her now (and her magical creature friend!). Very curious about her story in the movie as her Mulan like outfit is very different from how the trailer portrayed her. Whatever Marvel has planned I bet Awkwafina is going to be hilarious. As for tomorrow I am really just hoping for the Disney+ wave. I want the new Scarlet Witch sooo much! Maybe if they wanna be generous it could be immediately available to order like the Shang-Chi wave? Last edited by Mimicboy; 04-25-2021 at 02:40 PM.. |

Yeah I suspect the D+ wave may well be not a preorder but ready for immediate shipment (well, immediate with labor factored in)
Stuartgreen2019, Stegron would be awesome. He's one of maybe two non-X-men BAF's I'd want. maybe we'll get him next year at least. It's odd that I want him made so badly because he started out as a joke figure to me. But he grew on me, and his more monstrous/devolved appearances would definitely be my preference. Sauron needs a dino-friend. |
