I think the head sculpt looks better on the older version.

There were some tweets posted earlier- Carl Weathers posted that he's "waiting on NECA" in regards to the Dillon figure... fingers crossed...

Really hope something comes out of it this time. Last year, he said that he's interested & NECA just has to reach out. A few months passed & Randy said he'd never heard back from CW. This has happened multiple times over the past few years.

i saw drago the other day at my local comic store. i had it in my hand and wanted to buy it but went for Mr. Freeze instead. i also passed up on buyng some Gargoyles figures. damn.

These look so good! Apollo is a particularly fun one. Wish I could buy them all, but I've got to be selective, and I'm sticking with Neca Aliens, Predators, and a few horror figs.

Didn't Apollo give Rocky his trunks in one of the films?

Based on the 2 next to each other, the trunks are similar but not an exact match.

I don't really remember since I've only ever seen it like once but I think it was that in the 4th movie after Drago kills Apollo Rocky starts wearing shorts like Apollo's to honor him (and also to bash it into our heads that the movie is about the cold war). Or maybe in the movie it is that he's given Apollo's, in that case I'd say any differences probably result from them not actually being the same set of trunks (different actors need different sizes) so they weren't made 100% accurate.
