Hasbro Hello. Hasbro.

Why a set like this in vintage and black series is not on an end cap in every department store baffles the hell out of me. The Star Wars team at hasbro needs new blood.

Any way. This is a pretty nice set. I want to see if this is packed nice or just the normal figuarts way.

This is just the Luke figure. Other products sold separately.

Um, no. The face looks wonky, especially the eyes.

Hasbro can't seem to get Hamill's face right either. Not sure why this is so hard.

One of the Tiers for the Rancor is a new Luke sculpt, so likely that will be the one they use for Mandalorian Luke next year.

The previous Figuarts Luke was based on the Death Star duel. I'm sure the show runners did this mashup outfit to give toymakers another Luke to sell--and it worked!

It seems like a lot of people had the same thought, because this was actually pretty easy to get on Amiami after a few minutes and was still available after Hobbylink closed their preorders.

This is probably the closest accurate Luke any company has made. Does help that CG version of Hamill may be easier to match than the real one. The face sculpt does seem spot on to me especially looking back on some of the scenes in ROTJ (like when he told the Emperor he failed). The SHF Luke from ROTJ really was adequate and really only for the Sail Barge and Sarlacc Pit scenes. I am not overly worried, this will get re-released or updated. SHF needs to sell figures and Luke is a money-maker.
