love the mini comparison reviews put into the videos. also been wondering if raph can put both sais inbetween his forefingers. i've seen a pic where the right hand can since the fingers are separate but can't tell if the other hand is more molded together to hinder that way of sai holding.

i would love a pic. is the left hand molded in a way that it's impossible or just tough to do or if a bit of x-acto work would make it more possible. either way, being able to get one sai in that position is good enough for me. the NECA raph can do it with both hands but that plastic they used it not very forgiving.

AS far as doing it with the other hand. You possibly could use a x-acto knife to open it up more. But the fingers are closer together, so you'll be cutting into the fingers themselves...if that makes sense |

Somewhere someone else asked to see this. I didn't use these in my video review because as white figures, they would have been harder to see and i get annoyed when people say they can't see something because of my white background haha but here ya go...

definitely more in scale with the 90's tmnt line. another reason why i'm digging these. seems playmates is recapturing a good mix of 80-90's cartoon, gritty comics, and the cg look they're based on. the prototypes sported double hinged knees so also possibly inspired by the NECA turtles or i guess modern articulation in general.

Great reviews, very informative,i'd love to see an MU (or GI Joe) comparison with all the turtles,if you dont mind?? Looking at your reviews i think Mikey is gonna be the closest to the Joe/MU scale, but i might be wrong!! (I hope i am because i love the dark brooding headsculpt they gave Donatello!!) I cant wait for these to hit,i want to custom up a "lone wolf" renegade type turtle to hang with my other toys!!!

Were you going to be reviewing the other figures at all? I've already decided my stance on them but still love watching reviews for new figs, lol.

Yup, i'm working on the rest now. They'll be up over the next couple days. Leo is coming today. I'm also getting the Classic ones directly from Playmates, so i should have those up too. I just gotta put a lot of overtime in because with me going to SDCC, i'm limited in terms of time
