Well since Hasbro will most likely never make a Pepper Potts figure, I thought I might as well.
This is my idea for a head, just add a bit of red/gold to it, change the hair maybe and it should look okay. Thoughts? If you can't see the picture, it's Invisible Woman from the FF 3 pack. And I have no idea for a body, I can't think of any civilian female figures at all. I will need help with that. Thanks!

I can't see the image.
With Pepper, you might be better off making her in her armor, rather than in her civies. As for plainclothes females, the only one that springs to mind immediately is Mary Jane. But we both know she ain't cheap, and she's wearing pants. You might want to try looking up Lois Lane figures to find a female body in a skirt/dress.

As for Lois, DC makes more 6 in. figures so I found no 3.75 in. ones except customs. And even the customs were bad. EDIT: By the way, what figure do you think would work best for the armor?

Okay, so far my idea for a civilian version has been: Body: Vintage collection Leia in Bespin gown (without the cape and possibly repainted black with black cloth for the skirt, but I kinda like the red even if it isn't screen accurate) Arms and legs: Either skin tone if I can find some or the arms/legs from Invisible Woman painted skin tone (which is a pain because star wars and marvel U figures have different elbow and hip joints) Thoughts?

Well I went and bought the Bespin Leia figure, and it's too small! It would be scale for an older child in the MU line, the parts will not work with each other!! I didn't realize Star Wars female figure were that small! Well I guess I have an extra figure now.
I can still use the Invisible Woman body, but the torso is wrong for a dress top. I would rather not re-sculpt it all, and covering the torso in the cloth for the skirt may look funny. Any ideas?

Sorry, I'm stuck for any other ideas. But at least I can see Sue's head shot now.

You know for a Civilian dress top you could use the RoC Cover girl.
That's what I used for my Carol Feris Then you could paint the legs flesh tone (or maybe I might be persuaded to copy the legs from the hips to the ankles, not the feet as I haven't quite mastered the hidden pegs), and then make a cloth skirt for her. |

Well everybody, since most everyone said there isn't a good skirted figure I bought the Cover Girl figure back in June, so I'll just use the legs from Invisible Woman and buy some cloth for a skirt. With holidays and everything I forgot all about this figure. I'll post a work in progress for the figure with some pictures, keep your eyes open for it!
Looks awesome! Sorry I didn't reply before, I kind of wasn't doing any custom stuff recently. It's great as a base figure, shows what Hasbro could have done!
