I'd rather see him as a separate deluxe release since so far every Emil from Hasbro has been a BAF.

Didn't we just have a wave with Abomination as the BAF? That would have been like the third time.

Looks like the Watcher is actually 6 parts. The legs are apparently in with Spidey and Strange.

I've been to the theaters like 8 times since they reopened in March and since I just renewed my AMC premier status for another year, I'll be seeing Shang-Chi in theaters for sure.
We had a trailer last week that had Abomination in it. That was weird to see. I didn't even know he was going to be in the movie. I've been to the theatre just once this yr, to see GVK, no other movies have been worth seeing on the big screen asides from that. Definitely not due to some fear of a virus with a 99.8% survival rate. Might go see Snake eyes this weekend. |

Beyond the 600,000+ dead that would likely appreciate a redo, or beg to differ with you regarding the level of "seriousness" with which we should regard Covid-19, there are some elements embedded in the survival rate you've touted that demonstrate the challenges of viewing this pandemic from a purely quantitative standpoint. Absent from your sharing of a largely empty, contextually speaking, data point are the percentages of survivors that had near death experiences, long term and financially crushing hospital stays, long haulers who still aren't right, and the people that have had their lives completely and forever changed as a result of contracting Covid-19. Those now needing lung transplants. Those with destroyed kidneys and in need of dialysis. Formely athletic people that now need oxygen concentrators to get through the day. People with damaged hearts and dangerous arrhythmias. A host of life altering conditions are the reward for many survivors and now kids are showing up in larger numbers in ERs around the country. But, yes, the survival percentage you bring up is accurate and, if you so choose, you are entitled to ignore recommended precautions and guidelines. It is a free country. Seriously though, Snake-Eyes is utter dogcrap. It's better than the previous two attempts at GI Joe movies, but unless you want to see a Snake-Eyes who never shuts up, who doesn't wear his costume until the last 45 seconds, and one who is not remotely heroic as everything that happens in the movie is all because of his selfishness, I would suggest saving your money. It's at least better than Mortal Kombat. Oh, and it has shaky cam fights. Anyway, I've seen Godzilla vs Kong, Mortal Kombat, Fast and the Furious 9, Black Widow, Cruella, Snake-Eyes, The Conjuring 3, and A Quiet Place 2. Actually, I feel like there was another movie I saw in theaters, but I can't put my finger on what. And I am most certainly going to see Halloween Kills and Last Night in Soho in theaters pandemic or no pandemic.

February seems so far away. I'm going to hold off on preorders. I'm anticipating some major life changes in the next few months, that cost and location wise will just be wise to not tie myself down to preorders (though I know i can cancel/change address). Kind of waiting for the Haslab Sentinel and AOA wave two to drop and then enact the plan. Four years in a rut of not even really getting started on what was supposed to be a 1-1/2 year plan at most is affecting both my happiness and hope. Enough is enough, sadly, and there's better things to do in life than just "wait".
Sorry for going all emo. My mental and emotional (and as a result physical) wellbeing has taken a beating over the last year and a half. |

And if you want a more temporary, but earlier bit of relief, i recommend scotch and groin injury videos on youtube. Because groin inijuries are always funny so long as its not your own.

Hang in, Nash. The last few years have been, possibly, the most emotionally wrought of my entire lifetime. I've lost family, friends and much of what little sanity I had left. Reach out and connect to people that you care about and care about you. They'll benefit from hearing from you also.

@captain Nash:
I am so sorry to hear about your struggle. I certainly know a few people with chronic issues, and it breaks my heart. Having just lost a dear one, I certainly appreciate every minute of peace and health. Let me know if there’s anything I can do here, from the UK. I’ve pre-ordered two Binaries and two Tigras. Happy to share once they arrive. And to everyone else, if I can get a Nova for you, I think I can. Just realise the shipping and import fees from the UK. Have a good evening everyone. |

Hang in there, man. I've been there myself, but please know you have people who care about you and that things can get better.

You're not alone. I've been going through some major stuff and the anxiety was paralyzing for a few weeks. Like others said, maybe reach out to some friends or family. It helped me a bit to talk to some people I haven't talked to in quite awhile. At the very least it took my mind off of things temporarily and helped me actually get moving to start getting some things done. I'm still in the middle of it, but alternating between distraction and action has been helping me to keep from getting overwhelmed constantly. Hopefully you can work it out.

For what it’s worth, I’d really like to echo what others have said. I’ve had a really rough few years as well, and the thing that’s helped me the most is reaching out to loved ones. And y’know, you can take Bill Murray’s advice from the end of “Scrooged,” it works. Call someone, even if you haven’t spoken to them in years. Last Christmas, I called a girl from high school that I hadn’t spoken to in a long, long while. We reconnected, and talking to her is usually the highlight of a given day for me.
I’m sorry things are bad, not just for Nash, but for all of us. I hope it gets better, I really do. I’d like to thank everyone on here for being something I can pretty consistently look forward to. You’re the only ones I can talk shop with since I had a major falling out with my only collector friend, and it really is lonely. Hell, just today I hit a bit of a breaking point. |

Sorry for going all emo. My mental and emotional (and as a result physical) wellbeing has taken a beating over the last year and a half. The only positives at this point are upcoming movies, figures, and video games I want. If it weren't for that, I'd just jump infront of a train and be done with it.

Thanks all for the really awesome words of support and believe me, I know so many have had a rough 2020/2021. I know since I still have a job and haven't had anyone really close to get sick, that I am supposed to be thankful, and I am. Just also really tired, trying to do the work of two people at work while my home life is just plummeting downhill. Had a great dream for a house a few years back, for one thing or another got put on hold and now...well, let's just say even with the understandable things with last year, I just see it being a fruitless dream and it's just really time to get out.
I know many of us have our struggles though, I hope you all find a way through yours as well. And really the support here is huge. ANYWAYS (sorry about that, I know it's soooo off topic.) I know last year I mentioned Legends were one of the very few things that I was getting some happiness and sense of looking forward to in the year, and it seems like that's not even the case this year. It's mostly been "meh" for me, but hopefully it'll pick up better next year. It has made me really realize priorities of what to get though. There's so much I've passed on that two years ago I would have purchased without hesitation. |

Y’know, I’ve had the same thing happen to me with the line. I’ve been so luke warm on almost everything revealed this year that it’s really killed a lot of my enthusiasm for the line. I bought half as many figures in 2020 as 2019, and half as many as 2021 this year (and with rumored product for the rest of the year, that number is probably staying about where it is). A function of that has been that a lot of “maybe” figures have been “no”’s, especially as I decided to stop collecting MCU figures.
For me, part of it was also monetary, as I got back into collecting conics big-time recently, and I decided I’d rather let those be where my budget goes (yesterday I got a “Detective Comics” 300# in anticipation of “the Suicide Squad!”). As an example, I chose to buy a low-grade “Fantastic Four” 52# instead of the Haslab Galactus. So, while I hope the line is more to mine (and other folks’ tastes) next year, I dunno if my funds will hold! :P |

I know we love to complain about Hasbro's poor paint apps from time to time, but at least they don't produce quality control, or the lack thereof, like this:

Out of all of the movies out there you would choose Snake-Eyes to see?

Instead , I chose to go see "The Green Knight" OMG, what a boring POS movie! My wife fell asleep halfway thru it & I only stayed awake cuz I figured the last 20 min or so might be action packed, boy was I wrong! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go see this crap in the theatre, Redbox rental all the way & be ready to watch a snoozefest! 2 hrs & 10 min of my life I can't get back! Next movie I'll go check out is SS2. |

No, The Green Knight is an adaptation of the old Arthurian legend about Gawain confronting the titular knight who seeks to test him. Speaking on the old legend: It's a story about a hero proving himself through his character and interactions with others rather than his physical prowess or skill in battle, I had to write a paper on it many years ago but I remember the story beats pretty well. There are no grand battles or duels, it's a series of tests which Gawain does not know are tests as he takes his journey to meet the Green Knight as challenged. I haven't seen the movie yet but from what I've heard it's something of an art film in its visual approach with a comparison made to the works of Guillermo del Toro. Definitely the kind of movie where if you don't know what you're walking into then the title and poster may be pretty misleading.

Most A24 movies have an Art House feel. Their niche typical isn't the mainstream moviegoer.
