I just really want to see photos of the figures all together and with other lines, so I can get a sense of the relative scale within the line and general scale compared to other figures. The info in the descriptions isn't very helpful...all of them are labeled as a 7" action figure. The scale question is the only thing keeping me from diving in.

I'm also really excited for Alice, she's my wife's favorite. I ordered 3 lol, I'm sort of surprised to see so many others saying they're ordering multiple Alice's. If I rememeber right, Flynn said Prince John was the best seller out of the first wave, I have to figure Alice will be the biggest out of both waves. I ordered 3 to display 2 looks and then have 1 to spare. Ordered 2 Mad Hatters, 1 display, 1 extra.
I ordered one Robin figure, I thought about two to have the second look, but I'll probably just stick to one. I like Robin but not as much as my wife likes Alice lol. The Hippo really looks great, but I'm just not into Fantasia that much. I like that they gave another tutu so you can army build them lol. Quote:
I told myself the only way I'd buy into this line is if they made Alice, my favorite character of all time.
And, sure enough, they did. So now I'm back in business (indirectly) with Super7, a company that I really don't like. But she's so awesome looking. Four immediately preordered. I somehow doubt they will make the "real" princesses (I'm guessing that license is strictly guarded), but Alice is more than I ever expected anyway. |

If they did pay for the Princess license and didn't include a single one in the first two waves, then they'd be criminally incompetent (of course, they never released a Filmation Horde Trooper, which would have been like printing money, so I'm not sure they are the best at character selection). |

These figures just feel more worth the money than most of the "Ultimates" figures. A Disney license isn't cheap, and these just seem very well-executed, with a ton of accessories. At least on the prototypes, the sculpting and paint are excellent/ Hopefully, the production figures will look as good. I wonder what the specific parameters of their license are? In 2 waves, we've only seen 4 different films represented, so it might be a by-the-movie or character type of thing. Hopefully they'll keep adding to the Alice in Wonderland cast- The White Rabbit with The Cheshire Cat would be great. I wonder if the license carries over to live-action classics? A Mary Poppins figure would be amazing. |

Seeing Alice gives me hope of getting Wendy. That cloth lower dress would be a good idea for her, too.

My guess is that a character like Prince John is 7 inches tall, and the other figures are in a similar scale- so, Alice more like 5 inches, The Mad Hatter more like 4-ish, etc..

Glad they're kind of going through Alice in Wonderland and that's also a third figure for Fantasia. Out of 11 figures shown so far, 6 are for those 2 movies, so I'm thinking they may be tapping out of them.
I didn't realize how long of a break they took between waves. Wave 2 was in May 2021 and we're now just getting Wave 3 almost a year later. I have to think they'll pick up the pace a little bit. |

Only the Big Bad Wolf may interest me in this new wave.
But I am dying for a villains wave: Ursula, Evil Queen, Maleficent, Horned King, Jafar. Even a big size "monster Vilain" I'm all in: Giant Ursula with trident, Maleficent Dragon, Snake/Evil Genius Jafar, Chernabog! |
