With the remake of ThunderCats, and the cameo of Monstar and the Tigersharks, I was hoping for a remake of Silverhawks at least...and new figures! sigh.

I would love to see Silverhawks brought back. One of the few toys that was almost the same as the cartoon. The Mirage was the bomb.

I've stopped holding my breath for a silverhawks come back for some time now. Same with MASK. While both would be awesome, I think people are looking at the tcats redo as a failure and figure the same would be for these franchises.

^ This.
Of course, I'd love to see both Silverhawks and MASK come back someday. Maybe MASK can come back as Kre-O (or at least an extension of the G.I.Joe Kre-O line)?

I still have my Mirage ship, it is the only thing I have left of my Silverhawks toys. They had said they were going to try and have the Silverhawks show up in the T-cats cartoon if it had went to a second season. AND if they can make a brand new MAX STEEL cartoon (that just started) they can bring back MASK. MASK was last seen as part of the UNIT-E project with Jem and The Holograms, Micronauts, and a few others a couple years ago. You can still get the comic for it on Hasbrotoyshop.com in the exclusive section.

I'm pretty sure Warner Brothers owns all the Rankin/Bass stuff. A couple years ago they finally released the second volume of Silverhawks on DVD through their on-demand archive collection. You can get both volumes (the complete series) here. There have been rumors for a while now that they have been looking into releasing Tigersharks in the same way.
I would love to see a Silverhawks or Tigersharks reboot. I would buy them all. It's such a shame that Thundercats didn't get better treatment, as far as the show and the toys. |

Definitely a fan of Silverhawks. Tigersharks I remember but barely. I would love to see a reboot of Silverhawks as I think the figures could really shine (pun not intended) with the right style.
The recent Thundercats line was a huge disappointment for me. I think giving the license to Bandai was a HUGE mistake #1. Mistake #2 was not making the classic figure line 6" from the beginning or close to scale with the MOTUC figures. Yeah I know they are from a different manufacturer but didn't you always want Lion-o to take on He-man? |

I have all the figures from the Silverhawks line, except for the Mirage, and Mon-Star's Sky runner. The only toy i have from Tigersharks was Mako but i lost him when i movied from Germany back to the US when i was a kid.
What about Bravestarr, how come nobody metioned that toy line? |

You said it. I love the universe these characters are based in but we may never see it again. C'mon Kickstarter!
