Looks cool, but without Wolf, Liquid, Ocelot, Raven, Mantis, Meryl, and color changing pants Otacon, it is meaningless.

In the meantime you could buy Samus/Zero Suit Samus, Link, etc and do a Smash Bros display.

Max Factory is good at doing casts so at the very least we will get Big Boss and Meryl, maybe Wolf.

I'd love to put this guy on preorder the moment it goes up. Definitely will fit in with Link, Samus, and Pit on the shelf. The fact that an MSG2 Snake is being made makes Good Smile Company a godsend when Kaiyodo had a chance to make him but then ended up opting to change scales for the minis.

the Nendoroid is freakin sweet

kinda looks like solid from mgs1. might be my first one i get..

I just wish the bodies were bigger and the heads were smaller on nendoroids I kind of prefer the kaiyodo chibis but they aren't as popular and not much of a selection.

just hope they don't push for a realistic paint job too hard.
Figma Indiana Jones was too much.

Hope the scale is decent as well.

I literally just had a conversation with my wife about cutting back on my collecting when I saw this. It's nice to get some MGS2 love. I've been so bummed since I lost my McFarlane Toys figs in a move. Between these and Play Arts I am broke, but happy.

Man o man. This is good. Along with the revoltech mini coming out soon. My PlayArts took a shelf dive last week so I want to stay away from those now.

revoltech really screwed up in releasing a smaller scale, if that was a decision and not a licensing issue.

anyways, this is a definite buy, im really happy with both link and samus, and with the figuarts mario, it will be a nice smash bros display

It was a smart decision on their part, the 5-6 inch scale is way too competitive(Figma,Revoltech,SHFiguarts).
They wanted to lock down a new scale to themselves. seeing as Microman has been pretty much dead for years they jumped on 3-4 inch.

The competition is crazy just look, MGS figma right after the rival company made MGS Revoltech.
Revoltech has Iron Man, Figma has an Iron Man.

Revoltech was basically in 3rd place recently(popularity and quality) so this is a good move for them.
Now they have a Snake figure coming that won't be destroyed by the Figma.
And they can co exist.

I like the minirevoltech scale though, Snake should look great with my 3A Rex

Excellent. Thighs seem a bit wide though.

Here's hoping we get some version of Naked Snake down the line too.

This seems to be a problem with most Metal Gear figures these days.
They get Yoji(MGS character designer) to help on the figure's design and it just goes crazy in the thigh area.
The Play Arts Solid Snake had the worst Chun-li thighs ever.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks MGS figures have crazy thighs. In terms of proportions this one looks to be the most normal I've seen.

I was never mad on the MGS2 Snake design, but I look and that, then I look at my woeful McFarlane Snake...I think I want this figma.

Holy crap I want this. This looks like the best Snake figure ever, period. I seriously love the mgs2 look so I'm all on board for this gorgeous figure.

Got the Revo-mini Shadow Moses Snake and probably will get this one. Got to say, the kneeling comm-link and smoking poses are the ones that made the Revo-mini and this a "will get" for me.
