Shatner's likeness has always been notoriously hard for figure/statue sculptors to nail for some reason (probably due to his lack of any exaggerated features, unlike Nimoy). This one comes much closer than most, but it's still just slightly off. Not bad at all, though.

The ST stat is ok....
However.... Looks Like they did a "Older" version of Kirk... In a "Original" ST Uniform IMHO... Should have went/tried for.... The "Original 5 year" Mission look =^)

Yeah, that's kind of what's "off" about this sculpt. He looks like TJ Hooker-era Shatner wearing a TOS uniform.

Since we're nitpicking, I find the pose odd and awkward. Did Kirk ever hold this rigid pose with a hand phaser in the original series? It would be interesting to talk with the sculptors and learn why they didn't shoot for something more familiar and iconic. The internet abounds with still shots from the original series. Maybe there are copyright barriers...?

Another "Nit" =^) I thought about the pose also.... However...The ST in me... Would not allow a total "Beat Down"... of good "old Kirk" =^)

If you look at any old episode you can plainly see that the sleave rank bands were always brighter than the gold uniform. Not one manufacturer has been able to replicate this with the exception of those high end 12 inch figures. Not DST, not Playmates, not Mego and certainly not with this statue. Does anyone creating this stuff actually look at what they are trying to replicate? The gold color for the shirt they choose is always too bright of a yellow. I say if you are going to do something and then charge big bucks for it, get it right!!
