Im out of town this whole week right now staying over at my sister's place for her daughters dance recital.
I went to a Walmart store an hour and half ago and found some Star Wars figures that were in the aisle. the newer realistic face re-releases of Vintage Collection Hoth Luke, Ackbar and Endor Han with new trenchcoat and two or three Emperor's Royal Guard figures. So I bought the Endor Han and one Emperors Royal Guard. The Han figure mostly needed it for the trenchcoat anyway |

^ Great Fallen Order pics! I bet a lot of people will be doing the poncho swap. I haven't played the game yet, but I always choose the orange lightsaber color if given a choice.

I recognize that stance. Perhaps you've had some training after all.

Yeah that'd be cool. Does the Ahsoka show come out before Mandalorian S3? I could see them bleeding into each other.

I got the new star wars echo fig today. I’ll start off by saying that aesthetically its a damn good looking fig. I love the arc troopers so to have echo ( i put him beside captain rex ) is really cool and i hope fives is next. The paint is clean and even with the plastic waist skirt its got a good range of movement and i like how hes got the long gun and the blaster rifle and pistols.
That being said theres several things that im not trrible fond of. First off is the pinless joints. It looks to be that hasbro is going all in on this schtick with ALL their lines ( im wondering when it will hit joe classified ) and i really wish they would stop. I mean if they had good qc on their figs i might feel different but hasbro has notoriously crap qc and making pinless joints makes it that much harder to fix them when possible. Secondly....the neck joints. I hate them. Theyre now two pieces instead of just the head on the neck with a back and forth movement. They need to go back to it as the new style is unstable by comparison and just adds one more breaking point to their figs. And lastly is their price increases. I get they need to justify it by crying inflation but if they are gonna go this route then their figs should be damn near perfect, not plagued with qc issues etc. if this is the future of hasbros lines, and by all indications it is, then hasbro will be getting much less of my money. Overall id give the fig a 6 outta 10 just because the overall design is pretty slick but the issues i had with hasbros new direction is what prevents it from being a 7 or higher. I know some folk like the pinless look and admittedly it does have a less action fogure-ish look to it but i just, petsonally, don’t feel its a good direction to go, given previously stated reasons.

Honestly I love the new neck joint. Far more range of motion and I haven't had an issues with it being delicate. The pinless legs are certainly better looking. And they have less of a chance of warping. Something the old knees did a LOT. But they lack the old range of motion for sure. Jedi Rock's
