I hope we at least get a Jedi/Sith original in the Bounty Hunter Wave - Aayla Secula would be good, so would Plo Koon, or General Adi-Mundi!

I just the BB-8 playset from Amazon. I wouldn't pay $199.99 for it but for $116 less why not. Snoke figure is one of the worst ever. What a waste of plastic. I put my POTF2 Emperor with Original Royal Guards at the top, Luke vs. Vader POTF2 scene 2nd level, Han, Luke Chewie and Luke vs. Stormtroopers on the 3rd level. In the Detention block, POTF2 Han & Luke Stormtrooper, Vintage Chewie and Leia

Good god, yes. Love the photos. More Twi'lek wimmenz in general are necessary! I was going to make my Greedo into a Rodian Resistance Soldier, but his head doesn't cover enough of the neck parts and the fleshy bits poke out. I should probably just paint them.
Anyway, here's a cross post from another thread here: It's a FRAPPE. Saw the new Star wars Film.......did uweboll direct this thing? To say i was disappointed is an understatement. I mean the action was cool but...well ill save that for a later date so no spoilers.

Ay, if anyone needs that Vintage packaging Black series Vader still, Amazon has it at $17.
Hopefully, the Christmas gift cards will bless me enough to grab it since I want it for a carded display(not mint, mind you. I'm naughty).

These gashapon HQ Death Star mini models just came out in Japan. It's amazing how much they can fit in a tiny ball these days. I ordered a few sets cus they're pretty cheap. According to the flyer this is only set v1, so more should be released in the future.

The Clone Wars era will always be the GOAT SW era IMO... whatever years that was... 2008-2012-ish... that 5 year span had the best toys ever... 3 different lines going at once... all fully articulated... crazy to even think about now.
My biggest regret was not picking up that big Falcon for 80 bucks clearance at TRU. Those Clone Wars Y-wings were kinda dumb though... huge and heavy and just too huge and heavy. LOL. Plus, the cartoon was awesome... the idea of making every Jedi a war time general with his own uniquely painted clone troopers to command was just utter genius IMO. Clone Wars cg cartoon Obiwan will probably always be my default Obiwan in my mind... same with Anakin and the rest of the Jedi. |

As part of my Christmas haul (sorry, no pics here) I got the Amazon exclusive praetorian guard, First Order disguise Finn, and Jaina Solo. Pretty much each was only $16 too. The guard I caught in an Amazon lightning deal, got Finn at Gamestop during the 25% sale, and then I found Jaina at Walmart where Black Series figures were just on sale.
Amazon Praetorian Guard: I really like the heavy blade weapon and this version of the helmet is great (I guess it's meant to evoke burgonet armor). The chain-blade sword is well done as is but it would've been cooler to get it in the actual whip form. Otherwise this is just a nice repeat of the regular Praetorian. Finn: I really liked Finn in TFA but I wasn't so keen on his first 6" figure and then I never found the FN-2187 so finally getting a Finn feels good out the gate. That this is a cool toy on its own merits though is even better. We finally get the extended shock baton (also seen in the Amazon Stormtrooper set I suppose) and a nice pistol and removable hat which I took some joy in testing out on random other toys. Jaina: back in the days before TFA when this was the new hero character of the old post-ROTJ stories I was only ever "meh" about her. I had issues with pretty much all of that part of the old EU (the New Republic time I guess you'd call it). So when Jaina won the fan poll (which was as easy to follow as a single wave in the Atlantic) I wasn't ecstatic. Having said that Hasbro delivered the goods here. She doesn't look like anybody (as she well shouldn't) but there are some familiar Han Solo like qualities to the face and it's just so well done like every Black Series figure not based on a real person. The accessories are nice and I really appreciate that the flight gear is designed to be removed but since the clothes underneath are rather dull (and Bryan Singer X-Men looking) I'm leaving the flight gear on. Hasbro likes to knock it out with their fan poll winners I guess since Revan last year remains among my favorites. One complaint I have about Jaina, and this is just me bitching so nothing against the toy itself, is that I've already found her twice in person now. I never found Revan once, I had to get lucky and snag him online without surrendering a kidney.

^ I wonder if those guys had bigger holes in their helmets then maybe they could see a lightsaber magically moving by itself.

Not sure what it says in the visual dictionary but, I took it that these guys were droids. They made a weird sound whenever a lightsaber went through them and the whip guy's movements as he's raveling the whip were very staccato and robot-like.

The only clue that they are people is that it says the armor- when powered up- is painful to wear but the Praetorians endure this out of unswerving loyalty to Snoke
