Like many others, I thrive to give maximum articulation to the little 4" guys.

Was inspired by Obi-Shinobi how-to and did my own with slight differences.

TORSO is a MU Black clad Spiderman.
Modded the neck for a double ball joint for extra head articulation. Works a treat but not decided on head choice for this custom yet.
Also sanded down the sides to allow greater articulation from the arms for action/firing poses.
As I do with all my two part torso figures, I increased the articulation slot front/rear for greater upper torso movement back and forth.
Still has swivel waist as well.

SHOULDER BALLS are also MU Black Clad Spiderman.

ARMS from MU She-Hulk.

HANDS either GI Joe articulated or will use the Revoltech hand custom method (leaning to the latter).

WAIST, THIGH BALLS, LEGS are WWE BnB.
SHINS are from Marvel Showdown Spiderman with BBI modded feet.

The hot glue at the bottom of the legs is more to help form the bloused out Combat pants, that will be getting sculpted onto the figure.
Will also remove some of the Ab shape with sculpting and do the collar.
She-Hulk arms will be sculpted to look like combat sleeves.
Lastly the shins will be sculpted to be more like boots.

Bar articulated toes and fingers, cannot thing of anything else.

Look great so far! That's a lot of articulation.

Adding the hot glue before sculpting is a great idea. I'll have to try that sometime!
