Randy Falk is still a giant Tool Bag but it's nice to see NECA allowing us the chance to give them our money.

The Necastore is part of the solution but not perfect.
The consumer service is really bad, I ordered Casey/Raph in june and still have a wrong tracking number for my order and still no item. I had to write 3 times to theme to have an useless answer so I had to make a claim to paypal and I'm waiting for refund. I'm really afraid for my tokka and Razzar order. I would prefer to buy in store if only they made less differents releases but large quantities for the actual. |

I'd buy in store if the stores actually sold them.
Targets a little better but my Walmarts as useless. The Necastore is a good start but yeah customer service, shipping prices and release dates. I feel a good number of people would have preferred to preorder these two items together an pay for shipping them together. If NECA really wanted to start righting the boat. They'd reach out to customer. Combine any open preorders, refund, and add something extra to upcoming ones. Pulling an all sales are final and then pulling this is a bit tacky. |

Jeeze...complain when they can't get them through their respective exclusive retailers, and then complain when Neca allows you to get them straight from the source. There really is no pleasing people.
While NECA's current direction with this line doesn't absolve them from all their previous sins, and is far from perfect, at least they're trying to make some improvements in righting the ship. And that's coming from someone who NEVER gives them any sort of credit. Complaining at this point does nothing. You guys are always free keep hunting and dealing with the secondary markets...remember that. Good luck with that! |

So grateful for this. Wasn't planning on getting Casey and Raph, but had a change of heart after this restock. Looking forward to Super Shredder big time!

For buying in stores, I can because I'm in Europe just have to wait till it release but for me I will never order again on their site. And about "hunting", nobody should have to hunt for new released toys. It's all Neca fault by signing with horrible stores like Walmart or Target for stupid exclusives. Or all they need to do is to produce them in large quantities since there is a big demand. Last edited by davhuit; 08-22-2020 at 03:24 PM.. |

I have a friend in Canada that ordered the Raph and Casey set. They never received tracking, neca never answered The emails and they to have filled a claim with paypal. With the Covid crap and shipping it would have cost for my friend to send a set to me it wasn’t worth it. Thank god I didn’t get one from friend with how shitty neca treats international customers.
What is wrong with them? Why they hell are the doing this stuff? Did any international customers get their orders? I’m scarred to order this set now. I’ve used paypal for tokka and Razzar. How long do you have to file claim with paypal? They never got back to me when I emailed on my missing $5 coupon for shipping. Neca was one of my favorite companies. Now, I don’t even trust that they’ll send me items I’ve paid for. Freaking sad. I take no pleasure in writing this but something needs fixing at neca. Big time. |

Plus to your other point, Toys R Us is dead and Gamestop is on the way out, so if not Target or Wal-Mart where the heck else at brick and mortar are they supposed to put their product? |

In England or France for example, it sells in comics and specialty shop, not supermarket. Quote:
It's really a shame for a big company like neca to be so bad at selling products they are worst than some randoms aliexpress sellers. |

Offering a service but doing it poorly is never good.
Yes NECA is doing better, but the road so far has been rough. It would be one thing is this type of service was new but it's not. Other online stores offer better prices, support, and availability. I'm seeing this idea that if something is status quo then that means it's the only way to do business. They could combine preorders. They could change how they do business with Walmart/Target. "Hunting" for new figures can be changed to be easier for the consumer. Criticism is not bad and the purpose of these forums is to discuss. It can turn into fingers in the ear complaining but I don't think we are there yet. In the end a frustration free purchase is what anyone wants. |
