I think there was a recent dead stock find of Artfires in China.

You dont see that everyday. Not a huge fan of this toy personally, wile I understand the mystique surrounding it's rarity, as a toy the color scheme was never all the flattering.

Either way good luck with the auction, still a prize for any collection if you can spare the cash.

I have one for sale too. One sub is lower, but the price is a little lower too

AFA 85 MISB C-108 Artfire - eBay (item 120350340403 end time Jan-13-09 15:59:09 PST)

It is indeed from a dead stock find, but I think the amount of dead stock was pretty small.
