I hope they have a second line planned with these characters, maybe toss in a Chitauri from Avengers and the Comic Starlord and maybe a comic Gamora in the white armor she wears.
I like this armor for some reason for Iron Man. But I do agree, why another Stark in this wave? But a thought is maybe they won't reveal the villains because they will be the variants and it may have spoilers for the movie? And they will HAVE to make a Thanos figure soon in the Infinite Series some time!

I was hoping that the spaceships could fit 3 3/4" figures so that my Joes or Star Wars figures could steal them. However, they're just the right size for Minimates...

I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be a lower tier Corpsman. I've seen set pics with a few of them running around. Yeah it looks lame but I doubt when/if Richard shows up he'll look like that.

Sucks that the decent groot is a BAF. I want him for my MU GoTG. Red She-hulk is going to be hard to wait for.

And yeah, the Nova lower tier corpsmen look like that. Pretty much the corps is entirely more boots to the ground based it seems, but it does still leave the door open for them to try and make their own "super soldier" via full armor or other methods. Armor seems the most likely to start building into the iconic helmet and away from the bland starting one. That's assuming the course of sequels and spin offs though. So this may be all we get Nova-wise if GOTG bombs.

Aw, doesn't look like the Marvel Legends Rocket has any leg articulation at all. That's a bummer.

Yeah that Rocket Raccoon looks to be at least as articulated in the lower body as the BAF was....which is not at all. It actually looks cooler than the BAF "Comic Rocket". It just bugs me that it does not "look" like what I have come to expect of Rocket Raccoon. This GotG version seems to have wider shoulders where the comic canon Raccoon is more "hippy" or bottom heavy...of course the costumes are different too. But, I do think the movie version of Rocket looks cooler...

Uhhhh....that Nova IS Nova Prime from the comics. The Corpsmen had no pauldrons (shoulder armor) as part of their uniforms. In fact, they wore no real armor at all. Rather, they sported a tunic very much like the one Nova originally wore, when he himself was a regular Corpsmen. This Nova is the comic version and what he is wearing is the look he was featured with for Annihilation, Annihilation:Conquest and the Thanos Imperative. This IS the definitive version of the "modern" Nova....and in my opinion, the crown jewel of this line.

Digging the 3.75 offerings. If they do release Emma and Valkyrie then offer Agent Venom, Domino, and Kingpin, they'd have appeased a lot of MU fans imho.

These are the ones I want! Not surprised they did Deathlok considering he's in the Shield show. Glad I didn't pull the trigger in getting the ML Red She-Hulk, I'll be happy with the 3.75 version. Although it looks like there's no X-Men Days of Future past figures at all? That sucks if that's true. Wonder why?

Ares
Deathlok
Death’s Head
Grim Reaper
Hulk
Hyperion
She-Hulk
Wasp
Whirlwind
Yellow Jacket

I couldn't agree more!
Hasbro should add to this list a Marvel Legends movie Falcon, Red Skull and a MKVII Iron Man and I'll be OK.
Still wondering why we didn't get more important movie characters like Odin and Malekith.
Waiting for SDCC for more 6"movie figures!

Well those Legends will going to make me start collecting 6 inch figures, that BAF Groot Will be in my 3.75 collection without any doubt.

Its a shame that they didnt make 3.75 figures of Guardians Of The Galaxy, but Those 2.5 inch figures look good to me, probably gonna get all the Guardians and Ronan and buy the Milano Spaceship to put them inside and display them with the 3.75 collection and scale problem solve

I love the new Marvel Infinite figures! I'm going to get Hulk, Hyperion, Wasp, Ares, Deathlok and Wonder Man, I hope they make Marvel Now Doctor Strange and Captain Marvel in this new line.

Honestly I'm not surprised. They haven't done a full line for an X-Men film since the second one and anything that was put out was a token offering at best.

I don't think Hasbro or retailers have any faith in a new X-Men movie line, even though First Class was well-received and DOFP is connected to it. The down side is DOFP is also connected to X3. Then again, so was The Wolverine and most of that movie was alright.

Agreed, they did do the smaller Wolverine figures but nothing too exciting for adult collector's. It's really a shame...

They also released some "First Class" 3.75 2 packs right around the release of the First Class movie. They weren't exactly movie based, but it wasn't a coincidence either. Very similar to the Puck BaF wave coming out right around The Wolverine's release.

We're also getting the Legends All New X-men 5-pack this year, so I'm not really seeing the lack of X-men love from Hasbro.

we basically need an x-men wave that should be treated like a spider-man or GOTG waves, although i dunno there might be some right issues or that how movies are going but it's like x-men has been cut-off from hasbro, I hope one day that they'll release a good wave like how captain america is laid although minus the times three of the same character in different costumes

Honestly, with the character/costume designs and concepts coming out from the X-Men movie, I don't think we're missing much not having a figure line released for it. If they did, I'm pretty sure the only thing worth buying from it would be comic series figures... Emo Quicksilver would not be welcome in my display. lol

That's what I meant by token offerings. Nothing close to what Iron Man, Spider-Man or Avengers got in terms of product lines. Even Thor, Cap and Wolverine had better representations in the toy aisles than X-Men.

Heck the GOTG is as well. I wonder is it because they can't really offer anything really new or unique?
