Really enjoyed the New Thor Movie. That being said, I really had no interest in the Action Figures before, but that has changed after seeing the movie.
My want list now is: 6 inch Thor Action Figure. 6 inch Odin with Gold Armor Action Figure. 3 inch Heimdall. 3 inch Sif. What Thor figure do you guys want now, or maybe the movie didn't have the same effect on you that it did me. My want list for THOR 2 Characters: Hela Enchantress Skurge, the Executioner. |

I have to admit that I enjoyed the movie a lot. If anything, I'm probably going to pick up a Deluxe Frost Giant. I've previously owned both versions of the Odin figures and decided to return them eventually to get something else, so I'm not too worried about getting another one (they're too short). I want a gate keeper.

Your right, they really are short, that's why I'm going to wait for the 6 inch figures, and only get the select few of the 3 inch I want. I really want that Odin with the Armor he had on when he went to save Thor and the others from the Frost Giants. It looked really badass. I like movie Odin way more then comic Odin.

And by gate keeper, I mean Heimdall. His portrayal in the movie is fantastic.

Marvel Select has Thor and Loki available, dunno about Odin. I would like to get a destroyer, more of the mini frost giants, and a bunch of the large MU frost giants if they come my way. But mainly a small and 8'' destroyer. I doubt Hasbro will make a 6'' line, like they did with the Iron man movies. I did see a pictures months ago of the black guy with missle launcher base,.. it looked cool. Heimdal
Thor Deluxe Figures Series 02 - Set of 2 - Thor (2011 Movie) Figures the 2nd and 3rd waves will have some nice additions. |

Just got back from the movie, and it totally changed the way I look at the figures. I like them alot more now. I'd love an Odin w/helmet and throne, and definitely a Heimdall. And a Hawkeye!

I haven't seen the movie yet, but it seems Heimdall has left an impression on you guys. I kinda liked the thought he was gonna be an easy hunt for me. Now Idk anymore. Hopefully he makes it to retail now.

I second that. The movie is getting some good reviews, and making some pretty decent money. I really hope Hasbro will bring a 6 inch line. That's the scale I think Odin, Thor, and Heimdall would look best in.

I'd love to pick up a Loki, but I'd really love it if they make a version of him in that slick dark green suit he wore.
The movie made me a believer in Thor, a character I previously hated... The only Marvel character I care less about is the Hulk. |

good luck on all that properly scaled requests, they always fail us on 1 side of things, make 1 great figure but his enemy who is either massive is tiny, or out of scale or flawed in some sort.... I regretably have yet to see the movie, but based off the trailers, the movie scale set for thor vs destroyer... if you get or have a mu/movie line thor 3 3/4'' figure and buy the 8'' rotocast $15-20 figure they're goning to release of destroyer
I wish MU made something like this haha *laughs and dreams Sideshow Collectibles, Inc. - Loki / Polystone Statue |

Well, 3.75" versions of Heimdall, The Destroyer (which I bet will be about as tall as the Frost Giant figures) and the Warriors Three should be hitting shelves relatively soonish. Though Heimdall only comes as a "deluxe" figure. Sif is in a later wave.
Though I'll gladly buy it when I find it, helmeted Thor is almost unnecessary since he only wore the helmet in one scene. The only 3.75" figures I could really see having a chance of being made after this is an Einherjar (sp?) guardsmen (Asgardian soldier/guard army builder) and a helmeted Odin (assuming the "All King Odin" that's coming doesn't have a helm). That is of course assuming the other stuff they've already announced makes it out. The interesting thing about this line is that they really seem to have covered darn near everything with what they've announced so far. Well, everything except "civilian" style figures and we know Hasbro doesn't usually make those, so I think we can count out any chance of getting Jane Foster, Darcy, Eric Selvig, and Agent Coulson. Though I could maybe seen a teeny, tiny chance of Agent Coulson and/or "Agent Barton" as some kind of exclusive. As for 6", I'd love all kinds of figures, but realistically speaking I doubt we ever see more than Thor and Loki, and even those will probably be exclusives of some kind (and apparently held off until the DVD release the way things are looking). That is, unless the Marvel Legends relaunch REALLY takes off and convinces retailers to start stocking 6" lines for the various Marvel movies...then we might get a 6" Warriors Three, Sif, etc... in a sequel line. Yeah with him being in every movie so far outside of Hulk you'd think they'd make an Agent Coulsen i'd love one anyway, And if they did a suited one they could easily do stark banner etc from the same mold

I bought wave 1 Loki before I saw the movie, because, well, he's Loki. And at that time, I still wanted a helmeted Loki and Thor.
After seeing the movie, I'm more interested in getting a helmet-less Thor and am debating about picking up an Odin. Also, my interest is piqued regarding Sif and the Warriors Three. And count me in on a single release Heimdall. Great protrayal in the film.

I already have Thor and a Frost Giant so whenever I find them in stores I'm planning on picking up Loki in his helmet, The Destroyer, Sif, The Warriors Three, and Heimdall.
