Sorry about the crappy quality of the pic. Took it with my phone to try to get it IDed.
Anyway, 99% certain this is a TMNT item. It is from 1991 and it looks like a mechanical bull. Anyone know the name? |

Realized my mistake was thinking it was TMNT. There were two Cowboys of Moo Mesa in with the lot of Ninja Turtle stuff I got and this is their Iron Horse. Nice!
